    We wanted a relaxed break?Good points sahin & abuzer bar staff were so helpful and smiling.Bad points : hotel needs updating no security as entrance is open .Rooms are old and have mould on the ceilings of the bathroom?, no lock on door just hook, hair dryer only works for 5 mins. If your disabled don’t go 20mins for lift then it’s a pull open door only fits 2 small people.Then the food !! No signage to say what food is ,my husband has dietary needs due to cancer? Flys over food ,I asked EMRE for a toaster so we could eat something he said it not there standard ,we couldn’t eat there disgraceful the way that he spoke to me . I would never return this is a 0 star hotel with them not willing to help in any way .Also look at pics as all inclusive is from 10 till 10 so after 10 o’clock you have to go to bed but drink you can have is just vodka wine beer .There was no reviews on this hotel before we booked if there was I wouldn’t have booked . IDE like to say thank you for the stressful time we had here

    JUST GOT BACK FROM THIS HELL HOLE WHEN I LOOKED AT THE PICTURES AND READ THE REPORTS IT LOOKED GOOD ..WELL LET ME TELL YOU , YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY ON AN ALL INCLUSIVE THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE THE STAFF ARE JUST AS BAD ... BUT IF YOUR RUSSIAN WELL YOU HAVE CRACKED IT THE RED CARPET WILL BE PUT OUT FOR YOU AND IF YOUR FROM ONE OFF THE POOREST STATES IN RUSSIA THIS WILL BE A FIVE STAR HOTEL FOR YOU AS YOU WOULD,NT KNOW ANY DIFFERENT ..THERE IS ALSO NO HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNINGS ON THE BACK OF THE ROOM DOORS FOR IN CASE OF A FIRE PLEASE FOLLOW ECT ..AND WHEN YOU DO FIND THE FIRE EXIT IT WILL BE ALREADY OPEN GREAT IF YOU HAVE KIDDS THAT LIKE TO RUN TOWARDS THE LIFT TO GET TO THE POOLSIDE STRAIGHT OUT THE DOOR AND DOWN THE STAIRS HEAD FIRST.. STAY AWAY

    The hotel was awful! We were the only English people there. Food was terrible! More vegan than anything. Barely any meat, chips were made once in 10 days, constant salad, dripping in oil. I actually lost 3lbs because all I could eat was watermelon! The barmen were incredibly rude and arrogant, more interested in watching football on mini TV, obviously talking about us in Turkish... There was no private section of the beach with bar as advertised. There was no entertainment either. The only plus side, the hotal was very clean. The young staff were working non stop all day long!

    The room was very nice, cleaned every day and sheets changed, all the staff were very good and looked after us well, The food was well cooked and very tasty, there might not have been a great choice but what there was was ample for the number of holidaymakers at the hotel, the whole place was kept very clean and we felt very safe there. We had a very enjoyable time there, and would recommend it anytime.

    This place is horrible specially front desk worker Feride is very unprofessional, She was very rude. I will never go this place again. Rooms are not clean food was OK but no meat served whatsoever, which is very weird.
