  Once upon a time BUT No longer. Tired hotel. One step above a hostel.

  Staff not so communicative or bothered. TV did not work. They shrugged! Rooms are tired and poorly maintained. Lights not working. Leaking shower floor. Cupboards doors missing handles. Stains on walls etc. whole building looks like it has not been cleaned since last decorated. Cafe and restaurant like ghost towns. Customers know!

  I feel of Home and the luxury of a hotel

  This is my second review. I am staying here for almost 2 ,On business purpose. However, I just want to make a note since I have been in this hotel for more Time and closely interacted with every staff, including the housekeeping, Shravan, Monica, Swapnil, Sameer, and some other staff , have been so much helpful ( clean rooms and bathroom, laundry Clean and on time , any little thing I required was there within few minutes . )and the smile on their face is so freshening in the mornings . My close interaction with the staff on daily basis They have made my stay more than comfortable, specially the corporation I received from the front office, I know, Ricky,Kaustubh, Shama (Akanksha, specially who has been such a help in all my issueseven if it was my room extension or my billing, ) I have never felt that it was overcharged or not worth for its money. Harsh and Himanshu, who has been so cooperative. Just hope they keep up the good work that they do, Suman please keep up the great work you are doing and I feel very blessed that I chose Beatle for my long stay ,so convenient to my work place and also not bored. Once the office hours are done , it is so convenient to walk around the surroundings, Clean and spacious place for a walk in Mumbai, Next to impossible, but here I have enjoyed all this. Thanks to the location of this hotel. specially thank you once again to the front office for all the Politeness and the kindness they’ve shown towards me .

  Well never stayed my self at this hotel but my daughter and her two friends are out there now fly back tonight. She has been in tears on the phone every night as someone was trying to get in their room the chef nicked some ones bottle of drink and drunk it the staff are rude and they paid 280 pound extra to keep the room on and then still had to pay extra 50 pound. This is the first time she has been to turkey and has put her off. I have been to turkey lots of times and never had a problem. If I was treated like this I would have gone mental. When you are paying for your teeth to be done and the hotel, you deserve to be treated better. I would seriously think about booking this hotel. Sort your it out. If you want the business you will have to stop ripping people off .

  rude and inappropriate manager at the reception

  We booked a room, we had to wait for the manager at the reception for half an hour. Before we checked in, we asked to see the room. The manager (we thought he was high) rudely refused to let us check in.

  Well we’ve just left and we’re not overly impressed.Good size room, friendly staff.Very noisy though, constant telephone In reception kept ringing which you can hear early morning and late at night, very annoying!Aircon didn’t work.Duvet on all the Beds are too small, they may suit one person but when you’re paying extra £20 a night you expect and duvet that would cover two people!There are lots of nicer hotels for the same or less money so look around, we were only there as UKSmiles put us there, dentist treatments are 100% so unsure why they don’t offer a nicer hotel.We had one meal which was ok but the whole place was full of smoke mainly from a woman sat in a rocking chair constantly smoking one after the other, I think she was the owner.They will catch you with the breakfast so be warned, they caught everyone I spoke to, it’s included but at the end they will charge you 480 lira which is £20 odd, you can’t have the English breakfast included despite all the guests been English, you can only have the Turkish breakfast included, you’re not told this so be careful, they will also charge you for orange juice!Room could be a lot better for not a lot of work.Fridge had an electric part hanging down and was very worn out.Bed uncomfortable but room was clean.Lots of cat’s around and rooms do smell of cat urine.
