    Nice location, good service and quiet atmosphere at the hotel.

    Stayed here for 9 days and had a nice stay. Service is very serviced and cleaning we experienced as very good. Location is central, it's a short walk to the center.A cleaning/service on aircon can be recommended. We stayed in an apartment with experience facilities and a kettle. This provides easy opportunity to make breakfast. Bathroom should be equipped with a nal so that shower water can be dryed properly... We'll probably come back here!     Wonderful hotel, exceptionally clean throughout. All the staff very friendly, polite and helpful. They made you feel very welcome. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Only a short walk to the beach and a supermarket right next door. Will definitely be back here again.

    We had an amazing time at bella rose apart hotel ALL staff go above and beyond for you and are ALL extremely kind and helpful. The food was amazing and very well priced . It's the cleanest hotel I've stayed in for a long time I can not find fault with anything here at all everything is just perfect

    We were greeted by a nice receptionist when we arrived at the hotel. We had booked three rooms with pool views. Two of the rooms were facing the road/mountain. This was arranged in and we got room towards the pool but he should have helped my mother-in-law at 83 years with the suitcase up to the elevator. Of course we helped mother-in-law with the suitcase themselves. The hotel is under renovation and the upgrade is highly necessary. At the same time, it is necessary to upgrade the laundry staff, we only got toilet paper once without having to go down to the reception to ask for it. We bought a package of toilet paper in the store. Also had down in the reception to request towels after four days without getting new.Whether the people who cleaned had water and soap on the floor is not known but there was constantly a lot of sand on the floor, of course there is sand when you are on the beach but it should be clear of sand when you get up from the beach. A lot of dirt in the edges around the shower. NB! The curtains should be washed immediately.At the same time, there should be a mirror near where the hair dryer is located, in the bedroom of all things. Ferruh and Firat in the front desk should have a lot of cheers to be helpful and welcoming.     Exceptional hotel experience!

    Each year at least 3 times I bring a group of people to Turkey and always I choose to stay at Bella Rose Hotel, Alanya. It is all because their hospitality, service, and affordable price. Thank you for the staff of the hotel and especially to Frat bey that makes our trips unforgettable! By the way the location is also great just about 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach.
