    Terrible Experience

    rating16 Nov 2019

I booked this hotel for 2 nights for my tour to Antalya. This hotel is not a good place to stay if you don’t speak Turkish. None of the hotel staffs speak English. The room was not properly cleaned after the last guest leave. I found the toiletries of the previous guest in my room. Breakfast was served in a plate not buffet. The menu was terrible. They didn’t even provide water during breakfast. You have to buy it from them during breakfast. Though I paid for 2 nights, after 1 night I left the hotel and stayed in another hotel. Avoid this hotel if you want to stay comfortably in Antaliya.

Very good hotel close to the university

    rating05 May 2016

We stayed at the Berrak Su for one night as part of our self-guided tour of Turkey. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Antalya in a residential area close to the university. The hotel was easy to find and we were able to park our hire car immediately outside of the hotel (free of charge). We liked the hotel as it's not geared towards British tourists! There are plenty of local restaurants within 500 metres, however, as it was pouring with rain, we ate in the hotel's cafe / self service restaurant which sold good basic Turkish food at a very reasonable price. The hotel has a lift and our fourth floor bedroom was large (a double bed and two singles as well as a small kitchen area) and very quiet. It also had a flat screen TV (but no English speaking channels), a hairdryer and some disposable slippers. In contrast the en-suite bathroom was very small. However, there was lots of hot water. Breakfast is served in the hotel's cafe and whilst not the best that we've had in Turkey, it was perfectly adequate. This hotel is ideally based for travellers who want a well priced hotel away from the centre of Antalya. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel is because it's one of the nearest we could find near to Termessos (but still around 20 km away).

I had been there for several time. I saw the king suit room for the single bed room price at this hotel first and only

It ıs the cheapest, cleanest and most comfortable in its class hotel of Antalya. Hotel makes feel yourself like at home. No one disturbs you with its services and functions. All of attendants are smiling. In every meeting at the lobby hotel's CEO Mr. Mehmet K. Coskun greets you warmly like any attendant of hotel. Location of hotel is good. Hotel has very nice silence and comfort atmosphere. But The hotel hasn't a pool. Maybe for someone it is a big minus but for me, it is very good advantage. Because the water leaking hippo'tic view of northern origin guests always disturbed me and my family... And about foods and meals of hotel: We had a rich zestful breakfasts, dinners & suppers in its restaurant. Thanks to all attendants of hotel for warmly and trustful greeting.

    A reasonable dump

This is the closest hotel we could find to the Otogar (bus station), and it isn't the Ritz Carlton. The bedding looked like a teenagers room and though it was probably clean, it didn't inspire confidence. It is a basic hotel with clean rooms, a few quirks, but acceptable for what you should pay. We paid 90tl and the taxi from and back to the Otogar was 10tl each way, so it was as inexpensive as you could expect to find in Anyalya. For a few dollars more I would suggest paying a little more for transportation and get something a little more upscale. You deserve it.If you do stay here you will find it acceptable, but not plush. On the plus side there is a restaurant on the first floor, and the food, though basic, was very good.
