    Booked this Apartment through BOOKING. COM last November 2023 for a 21 night stay.Emailed them a couple of times during this year 2024 to say we would be arriving early hours of the 26th September 2024 due to early flight times and transfers E.T.A at the apartment 0300/0400.On arrivalat the apartment there was nobody to greet us , eventually a maintenance man appeared only to inform us there was no Apartment to rent , he then phoned the owner who then informed us he had not rented the apartment.. Total shock and anger had now set in, 04 30hrs and in a foreign country and no accommodation. We made our way to the beach with luggage and camped on beach loungers until day break.0800hrs got a local taxi to combe the streets to find an apartment we could rent ..Since the 26th September I have contacted BOOKING.COM several times by email and all I get is false promises we will contact you, we will help you, Today is 7th October and nothing .On the booking it states if I NO SHOW or CANCEL after the 24th Sept I would have to pay the full amount ,,as I turned up my question is they have broke Booking .com there contract with me and should pay me the amount ...

    Went to these apartments in end august 23 it was everything we needed pool slides lovely rooms there were great staff speak English emra helped me a lot with ordering food great manager great place would go again

    Although we went just before season started I can't really fault this place. The staff are amazing and help out with everything you need. The rooms are massive with sun on the balcony all day. The pool area is great with the slides. The manager here goes out his way to help and Ali who works at reception is one of the loveliest guys I have ever met. I am already looking to return in June

    The hotel is okay you get what you pay for, but the flora are dirty, when you walk without shows in the room you feet Will turn Black The pool is good.The marked is not openWe dont Think the restaurant is open

    A nightmare hotel!

    It's simply one of the worst hotels i've ever been to. I have not expected a good hotel because it's a cheap price! But even the staff and people who works there are so bad! The cook smokes at the kitchen while cooking, the cleaner always in bad mood and they just dont want to help. I even get a very bad picture of Alanya. That's what i faced in my stay there.
