    The worst experience of my life. From the very first day, as evening fell, the smell of methane gas began to permeate the entire room, and no one informed me. By midnight, the smell had become unbearably strong, and they tried to appease me by offering me another room, but nothing changed. It was raining, and the stench was coming from the sewage system. They knew this, yet they still rented me the room. Imagine living with the stench of sewage and methane gas. It's against the law, yet no one is monitoring it.

    At first, the room seemed nice, the location was good, but in the same day we noticed a lot of cockroaches and even though they tell us that they will clean the next day, of course they didn’t. The stuff was nice, especially the tall guy, shoutout to him, I’m sorry I didn’t ask for his insta

    Arrived and they didn't have the room I booked. Rather than just apologising and confirming a refund straight away, it took around 2 hours speaking to 3 different people to finally get confirmation of a refund. Original staff members tried to help but they were not authorised to do refund so it took a very long time. They did offer an alternative room but it was smaller, not what I booked, and smelled of cigarettes.

    The location is good and close to many good attractions. No breakfast, poor rooms. If you book a room for four you get three beds and sofa bed. If you book a room for three you get two beds and sofa bed. No cleaning during your stay. Don’t look under the beds. It is filthy. The kind of clean sheets covers filthy old madras. Very thin sheets. We got one sheet where rats made hole in it.

    Don't be fooled by any fake positive reviews!This place is terrible.. Disgusting, tired, unsanitary rooms, we found dead baby cockroaches in the filthy fridge, holes in the walls filled with loo roll, a light switch which kept falling off the wall to expose live wires. Despite reporting it to the hotel staff nothing was done, and we were told we had been too rough with it!Live cockroaches despite the room being fumigated whilst we were there.When we arrived we realised that some of the bedding hadn't been changed & it smelt used and was stained. Mattresses filthy & rock hard.Only positive was the location.
