Location

This pleasant hotel is located only 300 m from Titreyengöl beach and 100 m from the resort centre with bars, restaurants, shops and many entertainment venues. It is 7 km to the east of Side and some 5 km from Manavgat. Antalya airport is 65 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 213 non-smoking rooms, including 173 double rooms, located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel doctor. Travellers with bicycles can make use of the on-site bicycle storage area. 2 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a mini fridge. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of sports are offered at the hotel, including bocce, beach volleyball and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and horse riding. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling and diving. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and thalassotherapy treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a kids' disco.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet provides many delicious reasons to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet. The hotel also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    hotel is terrible.someone stole money from the room and second time from the close safe two times.. never more don't go to this place

    Hotel is just ok. Rooms are small, food is ok nothing special, all week same dishes. All Inclusive is poor. Virtually no animations. The lady who should take care of the children behaved as if it was a punishment for her. No commitment. The only big plus is the garden and the restaurant in the patio.

    After researching and driving around and looking at various accommodations, we chose Venus Hotel and cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We liked it so much we added an additional night. It was within a few minutes of the travertines. A few minutes away from all the loud noisy tourist area, which we were glad we did not have a hotel right in the middle of that.We had a non-smoking room with Air Conditioning and a free delicious breakfast and everything was perfect and wonderful and clean and comfortable. plenty of parking for our car. The pool was very clean and very refreshing to get into. There is a restaurant on site for lunch and dinner also along with beverages, including alcohol if that is what you choose. Yunus was the manager and he was so helpful and accommodating, and will take care of every need you could possibly have.

    Good points :Room was clean and tidy, the maid cleaned everyday Food was great and was always a vegetarian option Beach towels are free to use (collect them from the spa in E block) They upgraded our room free of charge as it wasn’t busy There was snacks between each meal such as salad, fruit, chips, nuggets and burgersPool was always clean Lovely location, quiet but still things to doAbout 4 bars / restaurants walking distanceWater park up the road - about £15 each adult Lots of little tourist shops and excursion stands (all prices are in euros but we asked them to convert it into lira - double check this as they will try to charge you extra) Free wifi in the lobby - you have to pay extra to have it in your room but the connection is quite weakCheerful staff Park for children in the hotel 2 water slides for everyone to use Evening entertainment and mini disco for kids No sun bed wars Beach bar was great, it serves snacks and lunch as well as drinks There is a spa and hair dresser in the hotel (extra cost) There is a kids clubThey grown their own fruit and vegetablesBad points :Can’t take drinks or food up to the room (£30 charge if you get caught) Couldn’t find any English tea Mainly just Turkish breakfast There wasn’t always staff at aqua bar (maybe because we came at the start of October)No late breakfast as promised, they pack away at 10am ( again maybe because we came out of season)We had to ask to restock water Cocktails are not included in the all inclusive No drinks menu except for cocktail menu Manager picked up chips with his bare hands The receptionist wasn’t very helpful regarding taxis and local attractionsEvening entertainment was mainly in German (however we were the only English here) the music during the day was mainly in EnglishOverall this was a great hotel and we had a lovely holiday.     My husband and I came to stay for a 10 day, all inclusive hotel. The room was outdated and unclean, with dust, hair and leaves under the bed. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and hard, and they only provided one pillow each. We asked for extra pillows, they said they didn’t have any and just have us a single blanket to use. What I thought was an all inclusive hotel, was not, with only basic drinks being served - cocktails fresh juices were charged extra. The last straw was the last day - my husband had gotten food poisoning (which could have only have come from the restaurant as we didn’t eat out) in the evening and all through the night. Check out was at 12:00 but our transfer wasn’t arriving until 17:00 so I asked for a late check out or another room for us to sleep and so my husband could have some privacy rather than having to be sick or have diarrhoea in the public toilets of the hotel. They said no, saying the whole hotel was completely booked and told us we would have to stay in the reception and try to sleep there. I went to the restaurant at lunch and brought some food back to the reception to eat so I could look after my husband and I was told to leave and eat in the reception. I then turned the air con in reception on because my husband was hot but they swiftly turned it off saying the windows were open. I asked if I could close the windows and turn the air con on as it was hot and he was uncomfortable and they just walked away. I am incredibly unhappy with this hotel and the management staff were unsympathetic and seemed to everything they could to make us uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received and has ruined our holiday.
