    Disgusting and dangerous. Luckily we only stayed there for one night. Room was smelling heavily of Smoke and disgusting body order. My wife had blood splashes on her pillow. Air condition unit was not working in temperature of over 30 degrees.Smoke detector not working, live wires hanging out of wall. Toilet was constantly running water and flush damaged.Dead flies on the shower room floor.decoration wall paper hanging off wall and signs of dampness.skirtings had a build of of dust.bedroom window had low level cill and child or adult could of easily fallen to the death.one curtain instead of two.we did not stay for breakfast as options were chips , cheese , salad.Reception staff demanded we hand over Passports. And then issued with wrong passports returned in the morning.

    Initially i was confused by reading other reviews but its completely surprised me.The hotel is clean, labby is great specious, rooms are clean, daily house keeping, good breakfast with cereals, juices, coffee, eggs, chips, bread, jam, cheese etc, A/C is great, multiple lifts, free water bottles, free chay in lobby, parking space, walking to old town, 1 min away from tram station, variety of food just step away and mark antalya shopping, great transportation.In short the hotel is great, staff is great, no hassel, great location, comfy bed.Book it with peace of mind

    Stayed for one night, and at 4.47 am someone opened my door by card. I screamed, and someone slapped the door. At the reception, they refused to check the video camera. At 5.10 I was forced to leave the hotel. Women, please Be aware. Strongly do not recommend it. Dangerous, not secured, not safe.

    This hotel did not even meet the basic requirements of a decent accommodation - no hot water for the 5 nights we were there, key cards had to be re-activated every day, room smelt, bathroom pieces rusted, now glass around shower so the whole bathroom gets wet and slippery. Staff at reception were rude and unfriendly. Safe in the room was broken and they wouldn’t fix it. Electricity went out without warning for 5 hours. Just such a bad experience. And the when asked to move to a different room it had the same problems and their response to our complaints was that this was normal for the hotel. So sad that this is the standard.

    Very nice place.Right in the center.You have everything here.From the shopping center, good restaurants, cafes, various shops.The hotel is large, beautiful, clean and tidy.The staff are great, especially the guys at the front desk.Thank you for a lovely stay.I hope a quick return.👍🇭🇷❤🇹🇷
