  Howdy! first of all, the hotel does not have 5 stars.. it is fatal, I received a room with a hole in the door, from where you could see everything in the room, without a glass, towel, kettle for a tea, without a tea bag, coffee or anything else you could find in a 5-star hotel. Horrible food with staff as if they were taken from an animal stable, dirty, without a smile. You get the juice from a single dispenser in the restaurant and for alcoholic drinks, a single beer dispenser (at a fairly large hotel) and something else, warm wine, served at 40 degrees... at the pool, a single beer dispenser with a lot of people... The beach, horrible, dirty, full of stones and the bar, also horrible, only one dispenser of beer and juice. Run away from this hotel, it has turned our vacation into a nightmare.

  The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. It is dirty (spotty carpets, dust on furniture, the glasses in the room are also dirty - good thing we had our own). The pool muddy - it is obviously visible after dark when the lighting is switched on at the bottom of the pool . In the restaurant you need to stand in a queue for plates and food during lunch and dinner (breakfast no problem). At Europe hotels with less stars is greater fruit selection -in this hotel was only watermelon, canned peaches, one day we had a melon. There was no seafood. Ice cream was only once a day on a certain hour and you need to stand in a long queue for it - so we didn't taste it, we bought it in a store outside the hotel.The staff friendly. We had fresh towels every day. At family room we had wifi and it worked good. Air conditioner worked great in the room. But it is too hot in common areas.There is SPA center at hotel with hamam, sauna, massages - I liked it. Instead of pool we were swimming in the sea at hotel own beach (beach bar is poor). Around hotel there is nowhere to go... The animator program was not relevant for us (teenagers). So we had entertainment outside the hotel - excursions quite cheap. I recommend rafting on a mountain river.

  We go to Antalya tor vacation every year for over 20 years and I never went to a hotel terrible like this! Everything was HORRIBLE. The lobby and restaurant are TOO HOT, there is no airco there. You wait too long for one drink! There is not much personal working that’s why you have to wait in lines. The restaurant: you wait in lines for food!! I once had a panick attack because there was too much crowd and little space, i couldn’t breath. The food doesn’t taste good! Normally im not a difficult eater but the first time in my life I didn’t like the taste of the food. The swimming pool is dirty, a lot of rooms smell bad, they don’t clean the rooms very fast (they gave me fresh towels after 2 days). If you want to have a good vacation, don’t go to this hotel. Every customer and even the personal/working people said that the hotel is bad.

  Warning - Avoid this Hotel

  I have tried to contact this hotel because my wife was late, about 4 hours after the plane is landed to make sure my wife and my mother in law are okay, someone answered me he said he doesn't speak English and I have to call back after 10 minutes, Then I call back someone answered the phone who was speaking English then he passed the phone over to somebody else he was SO RUDE he said there is no English here, I said I just was speaking to somebody speaks English, he said nobody is here is speaking English and he hung up on me I called again and again 5 times this guy hung up on me !!!!!!!!!first: I'm calling internationally from Dubai so it's a huge amount of money.second: how come someone hung up on customers - don't they know anything about hospitality and know how to treat customers .Put yourself in my place that your wife is away late and you can't contact her and you're calling the hotel to make sure that she is ok and everything is alright and you got the worst treatment ever that people hung up the line on you.What kind of service they are providing here guys ?????Also if you check all Reviews in Google or Booking or whatever - they all agreed on VERY RUDE STAFF - VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, Although sometimes prices,food might be okay - but what benefits is it if they serving you Caviar but they throw it in your face - Be Really carefull

  very dirty, few staff, the only good thing was the animation in the evenings.The hotel hostess spoke very badly to me by the pool in Turkish like I should understand why I am by the hotel towel by the pool. All this in front of my child. Very rude.Towels were brought in the morning dirty already. The rooms are not cleaned.wifi available only at the reception desk 1meter.Maximum of 2 stars for this hotel. Never go there again.even a local taxi driver asked why we chose such a bad hotel.If not gone do not know but I recommend to save money and choose another place for vacation.
