    sewage smell

    My stay at this hotel was spoiled by sewage smell that permeated the premises, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The provided towels were so worn that they had become nearly transparent. Additionally, the toilet was not clean; I had to use my Lysol wipe to clean around and behind the lid, and the shower exhibited signs of mold, as evident in the attached pictures. The shampoo was diluted to the point of ineffectiveness; on the first day, the container was half empty, indicating prior use by the previous guest.Moving on to the bed, although advertised as a double on the website, it felt smaller and was disappointingly hard as a rock, leading to a less-than-restful night. The room's dim lighting did little to improve the situation. On a positive note, the staff were warm and helpful, even offering to change our room. Despite their efforts, we decided to leave our fully paid, non-refundable room. Unfortunately, even after a few days, our clothing still retained the unpleasant sewage smell.Another positive aspect was the convenient location. Nevertheless, the overall experience fell far short of expectations.

    A truly charming hotel

    A very small, quiet, well-run hotel in a stone-built house near the New Gate (Yeni Kapı), with a small pool and garden. Truly personal service. Breakfast by the pool was a delight. I cannot praise Nurcan and her staff highly enough: she replied promptly to all my questions before I arrived, and was always available in person during the day.

    Great hotel in Old Town. Had some serious charm and breakfast was out of this world. It also has a pool which was fantastic. Cons: sink wouldn’t drain, front desk staff during checkin carried on a convo with someone else, was confused over our reservation, and on checkout the guy followed me out asking for a tip.

    Small family run great hotel in the old town

    After such a bad experience of our previous hotel in antalya . Char me saved the day great location in the centre of Old town friendly staff relaxed attitude . Great rooms made our stay in antalya comfortable and memorable. If your looking for a great small place in the old town this is the hotel for you .

    Beautiful hotel but poor cleaning

    I would have given it a full rating if not for the poor cleaning and state of the bathroom.Also as it’s an old building you can hear every single noise around you including next door guests.Other than that, the hotel itself is beautiful and very well located. Not many cars drive through the old town that that’s a big plus. The breakfast is very good! We did request a different room but it was fully booked.
