  A nice surprise

  This hotel surprised me, but in a good way. To get to the hotel you have to wind down little streets and from the outside the hotel seems very small. Once you get out of the elevator you see that the hotel is a nice size and very clean.The ladies at the front desk were very kind and explained all the amenities the hotel had. The room was typical of a holiday inn and for the price, the room was a bargain. Since the hotel in not on a main street, the room are very quite. There are quite a few restaurants with in walking distance. If you want to explore other parts of the city, there is a BTS station a short walk from the hotel. I did not run into any issue during my stay.   Good room, great location, but Breakfast need to be improved

  I have been staying at this hotel for many years and have always received excellent service. In fact, I have consistently given it a 5/5 rating in my previous reviews. However, during my most recent stay of 9 nights, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast arrangement and overall readiness.On more than 4 out of the 5 mornings I had breakfast, several items ran out — including food, plates, and bowls — and it took a long time for them to be refilled. It seemed there was a lack of manpower. The staff were clearly trying their best and were running around to manage the situation, but the breakfast service still struggled to keep up.On one occasion, even the rice ran out and I could not wait any longer, so I had to leave without having it. Ideally, there should be a staff member monitoring the buffet line and informing the kitchen to prepare more food before items run out, rather than starting to cook only after everything is already gone.I also noticed that some of the fruits on display looked poorly maintained. A few pieces were bruised to the point of almost rotting (see photo) but were still left on the buffet line, which suggests a lack of attention to quality control.That said, the room and other facilities remain excellent, and the staff were genuinely trying their best to assist guests.I will continue returning to this hotel, as I have always enjoyed my stays here. However, I hope the breakfast service will be improved and given more attention as soon as possible.   Amazing Location, Easy Access to BTS

  I loved my stay here. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to BTS Chong Nonsi and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and sightseeing spots.The room is clean, simple, and very functional. The bed is comfy, pillows come in both soft and firm options, and the hot water heats up fast. Great for both working and relaxing.Facilities include a gym, laundry room, and a Coffee Club that serves breakfast buffet plus à la carte dishes the rest of the day.If you’re looking for a comfy hotel with easy access to the BTS, Mahanakhon SkyWalk, and Klong Chong Nonsi Park, this place is an excellent choice.
