    Disgusting hotel

    rating23 Apr 2026

Disgusting hotel, was a crazy women walking round with injections out of her arms, banging on room, paid for 6 nights and checked out at 10am the next morning. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Anyone considering booking do not you will be very dissatisfied. Spoke with manager the day checking out to which he said we would get refunded to now he is rejecting the request.

    No way !

We are currently staying at Citrus Park Hotel, and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We arrived with a child and a lot of luggage, and the reception staff told us there was no bellboy or trolley, so we had to carry everything ourselves. The staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional — there were two men at reception who just laughed and didn’t even try to help. The hotel is almost empty, yet they gave us a room where everything is broken and outdated (see photos). There is nothing close to 4-star quality here — furniture is old, maintenance is poor, and the overall condition of the hotel is disappointing. They also advertise a private beach, which simply does not exist. The worst part of all is the unfriendly, disrespectful attitude of the staff. We are still here, but already regret choosing this place. Definitely would not recommend to anyone expecting decent service or hospitality. In the rooms mold !!!!

    Not the best

    rating27 Feb 2025

Stayed in a suite with large kitchen, no pots or pans so unable to cook, the rooms very old and would benefit from a lick of paint.Furniture very old and tatty.Breakfast is of poor quality and no cold drinks available at breakfast and low stocked bar.

Well what can i say. Some Friendly Staff not far from the beach and thats about it. I understand this is not a high end hotel and make compromises about that but I stayed there for 1 week after checking out of another hotel that was as bad well i thought but at least our rooms got cleaned. In 7 Nights of staying here not once was our 2 rooms cleaned or our beds changed. We did ask at reception when we checked in and they said every 3 days room cleaned but no mention of bed changes. I moaned at Management about this but nothing was done so we stayed in a dirty room for 7 nights 2 Adults and 2 young children. You have to keep asking for toilet roll and water as the maid only seams to change the towels every couple of days and thats it. The breakfast is bread ,olives, boiled eggs 2 types of cereal warm water and a small coffee machine. See pictures below for rooms. All i can say is good luck to anybody that stays there first and last time for me.

    A great, budget-friendly hotel

    rating30 Sept 2024

My partner and I spent a week here and were pleasantly surprised considering the price we paid.Pros- The hotel itself was very up-to-date with modern decor in the lobby/bar (even an Instagram photo opportunity at the entrance if that's your thing) and 2 lifts to rooms. - Our room was basic but clean and spacious enough with air conditioning, a huge bed, fridge, hair dryer and plenty of plugs (we are from the UK so brought our own adapters as these weren't provided). We had a Juliette balcony that had a dryer line and washing pegs to hang wet towels/swimwear. - The room was reset every day except 2 where we'd slept in past 10am (I'm not sure this is the time they stop cleaning but it seemed to be the pattern). All towels were replaced, bed was made, bins emptied and 2 water bottles provided each time which was great. The cleaning staff were friendly too!- The hotel was VERY quiet but this could have been down to the time of year we visited.- They share a relatively small pool with the hotel next door (The Luna Hotel) and again this was extremely quiet so we had no struggle for sunbeds. I'm not sure how great this would be in the busier months as there definitely weren't enough beds to cater for one hotel let alone two.Cons- The blanket on the bed was on the smaller side and the pillows were not the comfiest (subject to preference!). Also, the air-con was slightly temperamental but worked most of the time.- Breakfast lived up to our low expectations (from previous reviews) but this wasn't down to the actual food. Unfortunately we didn't even get to try anything but bread and butter as the buffet was not replenished after 30 minutes of waiting. The coffee was also terrible. We ended up eating out for breakfast most days but we didn't mind! There was a great cafe on the corner opposite the beach called 'Trend Park Coffee' serving Turkish omlettes, pastries, fresh fruit and a variety of hot/cold coffees which was reasonably prices so I would 100% recommend that if you don't fancy the breakfast.- Next doors pool was good but FREEZING. Even in 30 degree heat I couldn't bare it so we spent most days at the beach as the sea was lovely. Also due to the pool being surrounded by buildings, it became shaded after midday. If you don't enjoy the pool, I'd recommend the Barcelona Beach Club which is just across the main road, where you just have to pay 250L for a bed for the day, you can order as much food/drink as you like and the staff are wonderful.- The majority of staff we came across were rude and dismissive which was a shame. On one occasion we approached the bar for a drink and the bartender walked off and didn't return so after 15 minutes of waiting we gave up. We spent most of our time away from the hotel so this didn't bother us too much.- The hotel is located very close to a mosque, so you will most likely be woken up to prayers at sunrise, and hear this 4 more times throughout the day. It is very loud but I will say from experience this is completely normal in Turkey, so please don't visit if it's going to bother you as you can hear it no matter where you are staying.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Most of the cons were either bearable or easily fixed by finding alternatives, and for a budget-friendly hotel, this was definitely worth it.
