Facility

86 suites and 15 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     We stayed at this hotel for 10 days with my family and my sisters family. We had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean and staff is very polite and professional. Special thanks to Mushtaq for helping us so much, he is extremely helpful. And Hawa from the entertainment team she is extremely friendly and very good with kids. Overall a good stay for the four star hotel and price paid.     We spent two weeks at this hotel with my friend and were very pleased with our stay.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff were attentive and caring.A special thank you to all the hotel staff — everyone did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
