  Unforgettable Experience!

  I will start by saying the Entertainment Team made the holiday; they were 10/10 for my entire stay. From the daytime games and evening entertainment to the Alanya Disco Tour, they made every moment enjoyable. Mami, Zuzi and Keita were especially amazing and made us feel like part of the family. Leaving them was genuinely an emotional goodbye for me and my friends. They were also excellent with my friends’ children (aged 2 and 4), who absolutely adored them.The staff around the resort were also friendly and accommodating. Any issues with the room were resolved quickly, and the bartenders always served with a smile, making interactions feel personal and welcoming. Although I do not have children, the children’s entertainment was clearly very well received and appreciated.My room was comfortable and did the job. I was based in the villas, which are a two-minute walk up a hill from the main building. While some guests may prefer the added seclusion, it wasn’t ideally suited to me personally on this occasion. It may be worth offering this as an option when booking.The food offered plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The afternoon snack bar by the amphitheatre was a great addition, offering fresh homely-styled snacks such as pizza, nuggets and burgers.Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay with excellent service throughout.I would happily return again, primarily for the outstanding entertainment team, who were the true highlight of the entire stay.   The hotel is 50/50. Sports courts like tennis were good. But the area is so small but packed and so many floors.

  The beach,waterslide,drinks were great but kids section didn’t work that well,lifeguards didn’t do their job were they on their phone or sleeping or smoking next to the kids. Food was great on the 3rd floor restaurant but one thing i can say is that the 1 time visit restaurant was so bad because the steak was so chewy, tiramisu was watery, chicken pasta had wrong macaroons plus there was 1 small piece of the chicken but the sides like bread was good but didn’t fill our stomach so we had to go on the 3rd floor to grab something quick before the restaurant closed. Worst thing is that many many ingredients were missing from the desserts and main course. Room was kinda of dirty because the paint from the doors was ripping off. Beach was nice and the bus ride to the city centrum and beach. The bar workers and entertainment team was nice also the cakes,waffles,snack bar and ice cream were so good. Really disappointed in the 1 time restaurant. Would i visit again? Maybe. If they would upgrade the kids section,life guards and 1 time resturant.   Will never come back to club paradiso in Turkey

  Food was always cold and barely edible for someone who as got a broken foot has to walk up a minimum of 40 steps to get up and down steep hills to and from restaurant and pool area the only good thing is the hotel lays on a bus to go to the beach the only good thing is it was the minimum of 32 degrees Club Paradiso Hotel, Other at Club Paradiso Hotel & Resort, responded to this review Dear guest...Thank you for your feedback.   We stayed at Club Paradiso in August 2025 for 8 days. The online reviews and encounter with guests upon arrival were no good signs. Most people were very critical on a lot of aspects of the hotel.To start off with the conclusion: this is not a 5 star hotel in practice. The hotel lacks an overall desire to provide their customers with an unburdened and carefree stay. Examples of this are:1. A lack of sufficient locations nor times to get snacks, ice-cream or other food. These are only served between 12.30 and 16.30, overlapping with lunch time, but ending two hours before diner and starting two hours after breakfast. Not ideal of you have an early start with kids.2. A lot of sales people trying to lure you into their shops for a fotoshoot or a bag.3. The gym is unsupervised, door closed, no towels, no water and no airco. You have to get a code from the reception to open the door.4. We were very lucky with the location of our room, but it is a very large complex with numerous stairs and slopes which are unfit for elderly people and children. Without access to elevators in some areas this is really unacceptable and should be taken into account when checking in. 5. The worst aspect was that most of the staff really didnt care about really helping when questions arose or help was needed. Making people wait in lines for food and then stop serving because it was 16.30, not being aware of customers but rather talk amongst each other etc.There are also positive points:1. The food is good and diverse, especially the a la carte restaurant. 2. There are three pools with nice slides. 3. The animation team is very welcoming and trying to make people really enjoy their stay.4. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious.5. The private beach is very nice and free transport is provided via a shuttle bus service.All and all, our vacation was still very enjoyable. We adjusted our expectations beforehand to avoid dissapointment. But we will not be returning to the hotel as it is not up to par on a 5 star hotel - level.   Booked this last year and have been looking forward to it so much. A few days before we went I seen some of the reviews on here which had me a little worried but I can honestly say there was nothing to worry about.The hotel is huge you can see that from the pics etc anyway. The food was nice, yes repetitive but always a different meat each nice with a little variation. We stayed in Block B which was the family block. It is a long walk from restaurant and main reception area there and back but we stopped halfway for a drink in evening to break this down which worked wonders. The pool near family block was great. We did have to get up to reserve a couple of beds as people were reserving and not turning up until gone 2-3pm which is completly wrong. Snack bar good for picky kids for a lunch. I can't fault the staff we seen, always pleasant and working hard. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed if needed. We didnt use the beach towel service as had our own but this is a good option if needed. Daily free bus to beach. Although the slides were good they are only open certain times. And if you have young kids it can be a pain watching them whilst no beds. This area/pool side was the busiest of all for us so didnt visit as often.Overall we have a had a great holiday and would definitely stay again.Also recommend using the shop across the road for anything needed. Lovely guy and alot cheaper tooAlso the location is just away from the main hustle and bustle so a quiet area which i loved too.Highly recommend the dolphin show and pirate boat trip tooI would definetly stay again Club Paradiso Hotel, Other at Club Paradiso Hotel & Resort, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your kind words!
