    BAD SERVICE - NO HOT WATER

    I was staying here for one week with "all inclusive" in the end of july beginning of august.There was only a few persons who was speaking English, so it was very difficult to communicate with the staff. Body language was the best way.The food during my stay was tasteless and "cheap". No snack between the meals. Several times I was served in glass that was not clean (lipstick on). When I was asking for more orange juice, the answer was - DRINK SOMETHING ELLS. Non of the staff was friendly and service minded, there was no: good morning, welcome, have a nice day or just hello.The management was exactly the same, no one was talking. When I was complaining to the manager about dirty glass, his body language said - I GIVE A ....According to the info there should be room-service every day - IT WAS NOT.Towels was changed once, when I was asking the answer was "sorry we forgot - we change them tomorrow" - NOTHING HAPPENED.The most of the week there was no hot water in the shower together with old towels - nice mix!From the outside this hotel looks good, the inside is different. Small rooms and everything needs a makeover.
