This resort is centrally located on a main road in Belek, just a stone's throw from the sea and ideal for getting to know the area a bit better.

Facility

39 villas/houses await guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the club include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Beautiful Resort that sadly lost its personal touch

    We have been coming to Club Prive for the past three years, not only because we enjoy the property itself, but because the experience has always felt personal. The familiar faces, attention to detail, and feeling of being genuinely welcomed were the reasons we kept returning year after year.Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standard we had come to expect as loyal returning guests.As repeat visitors, we naturally expected a certain consistency in service. Small details that had always been taken care of before — such as having a baby chair already prepared in the villa or receiving a cabana close to the toilets because we travel with three small children — suddenly required repeated explanations and even complaints.It would greatly improve the guest experience if returning guests’ preferences and family requirements were noted and prepared in advance, especially for families traveling with young children. In addition, a more transparent and consistent system for cabana allocation would help avoid situations where guests arriving later appear to receive priority over families with specific practical needs.What disappointed us most was not even the operational issues themselves, but the lack of communication and personal attention. We are very easy-going guests and do not expect perfection. Waiting 10 minutes for a buggy is absolutely fine if communicated properly. Standing in the heat with three small children without any update or acknowledgment, however, is not the level of service we associate with Club Prive.As my husband said during the trip: the beach and the cola are the same at many luxury resorts such as Club Prive, Cullinan, Maxx Royal, or Bayou Villas. What makes guests return is the personal touch, the feeling of being remembered, and the sense that individual needs matter.Sadly, that personal approach was missing this time — even down to the farewell message, which was clearly generic and copy-pasted.At the same time, we did meet many lovely staff members throughout our stay who recognized us, checked in on us, and genuinely cared. That is exactly the kind of warmth and hospitality that made us fall in love with Club Prive in the first place.We are sharing this feedback because we truly valued our previous experiences at Club Prive and hope the hotel can return to the level of service and hospitality that once made it feel special.

    We had an amazing family holiday and everything exceeded our expectations. The resort was exceptionally clean, and we were impressed by how peaceful and quiet it was throughout our stay.The natural surroundings were beautiful, and we enjoyed taking walks around the resort every day. There were also fantastic activities organized daily, which made our stay even more enjoyable for the whole family.One of our favorite parts was the beach. We spent wonderful time swimming in the water and then relaxing in our private cabin. Afterward, we enjoyed delicious meals from the Club Priv beach restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was always outstanding.We stayed in the Club Prive section, and it truly made our vacation special. Having access to exclusive facilities and restaurants enhanced the entire experience. The staff, waiters, and helpers were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed, and their service was exceptional throughout our stay.The atmosphere was relaxing, welcoming, and truly one of a kind. The facilities were excellent, and whenever we needed assistance, the team responded quickly and efficiently.A special thank you to Deniz and Mariam, two wonderful ladies who helped us every day with a smile. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable.Overall, every member of our family had a fantastic time.     "We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful resort! The location is stunning, with well-maintained grounds, a gorgeous pool, and clean, comfortable rooms. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing.But what really made our trip special was Mariam and Deniz. The were absolute gem – always smiling, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, from quick room service to great local recommendations.
