Location

This beach hotel is just 450 m from the beach and only 10 km from the centre of Side. The hotel is located on the most beautiful coast of the Mediterranean Sea, where the sea, beach, nature and history come together and coexist in perfect harmony. There are many places of interest nearby, including Köprülü Canyon, which is situated in the middle of a forested national park and is a popular location for river rafting. There are also the ancient cities of Side, with its famous theatre and port, and Seleucia, which was once visited by Alexander the Great. Selge, the Manavgat Waterfalls, another smaller waterfall on the river and the Oymapinar Dam are also in the vicinity of the hotel. The town of Manavgat is approximately 13 km from the resort, while Antalya Airport is roughly 65 km away.

Facility

30 suites and 143 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The resort has family rooms and 173 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of activities such as bocce, beach volleyball, basketball and archery or, for a fee, tennis, are offered at the resort. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes catamaraning, diving, water aerobics and aquafit, with water skiing, jet skiing, banana boat rides and snorkelling available for a fee. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a hammam and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and a dance club.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can dine in a cosy atmosphere at the restaurant (non-smoking and à la carte). Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Good location. Bazars are near. Bus connection to other areas are good. Atmosphere were so relaxing and friendly. Rooms were good. Cleaned every day. Value vas good. Noise was acceptable. Service was ok. The front dest was sometimes to crowded to get some information. There was a lot to do on hotel area. Bazars, bars, games, photographer, day and night shows. Hotel shuttle goes to beach. And it is about 10 minute walk.

    Hotel described on your website doesn’t match reality. Firstly they barley speak english. Just russian, german, polish. We don’t understand how this hotel got 5 stars. For us it was max 3. They don’t have wifi in the rooms, food is same every day. Really poor choises. We were eating same food for breakfast, same food for lunch, just in dinner there was maybe 2 different things to choose ..otherwise it was same same same..one day uncooked panckses…We Never experienced something like this. There was old indoor pool without water, broken gym- equipment was very old and rusty-nothing work.We don’t recomend this hotel to anyone.

    I have just returned home having spent 8 days on an all inclusive break at this hotel and hope the following comments will be of help to others.Food: good quality ingredients totally spoiled by very poor preparation, unskilled cooking and presentation. Thus, a lot of supposedly hot food was cold, dry and tasteless.Staff: generally were very helpful. Mainly they could communicate only in Russian and German, apart from Turkish of course. Not an hotel to be recommended for English speaking visitors.Beach access: Very good shuttle bus service to point above the beach then there is a very steep walk down to the beach itself. Definitely not recommended for those with heart problems or limited leg capabilities. No toilet access on the beach: only the sea or a primitive facility by the beach snack bar at the shuttle bus drop off point. Internet access: Limited to hotel reception and then very poor.Cleanliness: Generally very good indeed in all areas.Noise: Almost constant throbbing of disco music was unacceptably intrusive.Star rating: Delusions of grandeur. This hotel should not be rated above 3 star maximum.Overall assessment: As with most things in this life; you only get what you pay for and expectations do not usually live up to reality.

    Awful hotel. Advertised as 5-star but nowhere near. The hotel felt dirty and badly looked after from the moment we arrived. Public areas were stifling with no air-conditioning anywhere except the bedrooms, and the whole place looked old and run-down.The food was dry and stale, the restaurant itself grubby. We were given a room for just one night and told to move again after 10 a.m., so we couldn’t even unpack.Worse still, the receptionist actually looked surprised that we were British. The hotel is clearly geared to a different market and we felt uneasy and unwelcome the entire time.We left after a single night and paid extra to move to another hotel, which really is 5-star and showed just how awful this place is.Dirty, uncomfortable and unwelcoming – avoid at all costs!
