    Duran is a wonderful gm, Kardelen is maitre d'hotel this will be our place all year long, thanks!🌬🍀It is in blue lagoon, ölüdeniz we live in faralya. Even in january you can swim and the place is all year long open and as far as i understood this is the only place open.

    Terrible hotel. The picture on the website and reality are not the same.Its dirty, rusty,unpleasant place with mould inside the sweeming pool.The rooms are catastrophic. Everything is mess in this place.I would rather call it " Green hell".

    Very friendly hotel staff, the best entertainment for children and adults in the evening that we have had at a hotel. Mustafa was a great dj, lots of energy always! The manager was doing lots of entertainment in the evenings like fire shows!! AMAZING!! Overall a lovely hotel and lovely people to be around :)

    We read the reviews and thought it could not be as bad as what we were reading, oh my god worst mistake ever! changed rooms 3 times to get to a basic dated room, but it did have air con, 1st night we slept on sunbeds by pool as given room with no air con, after refusing 1st room due to foul smell of sewage! took 4 visits to reception to get room, asked for shower towels and eventually was brought some towels but asked to smell them first to check if clean!!! WTF! It has one what they call main restaurant, which is just a room with food laid out hours before service time ir breakfast is at 7am, food cooked and laid out riddled with flies, fried eggs and omelettes all cooked ready!! WIFI you have to pay for, no beach towels, beer and drinks given in tiny child party cups and taste awful!, the only holiday I have been on where I lost weight! thank god for Imodium. The only plus side the Spa which is attached to hotel, but nothing to do with them is fantastic best massage ever! Also the weather. If you have booked this hotel honestly you need to change, worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey and I go every year.
