Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 400 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 5 non-smoking restaurants.     One of Our Best Holidays in Turkey So Far

    Since the moment we arrived, almost everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and spoke decent English. We had to wait around three hours by the pool because we arrived early and our room wasn’t ready. They offered us a prepared room for an extra charge, but we decided not to take it. There was, however, a luggage room where we could leave our bags.The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large bed for the adults and a good-sized sofa bed for our child. We chose a sea-view room, and it was definitely worth it.The pools were great, and the slides were a lot of fun. The water was a bit too warm for our liking, and unfortunately I got an ear infection, although that can probably happen anywhere. The unpleasant part was that it took nearly three months to fully recover.The food was delicious. There were three free à la carte restaurants — Turkish, Italian, and Mediterranean — and no reservation was required. The tiramisu at the Italian restaurant was the best dessert we’ve had in Turkey in the last five years. Most of the à la carte dishes were excellent, except the Turkish restaurant, which simply wasn’t really to our taste, although some dishes were still very good.We also took a trip to Antalya, and the old town was absolutely worth visiting.The beach was nice, though nothing extraordinary — similar to most beaches along the Turkish Riviera, such as Lara, Belek, Side, and Alanya, with a mix of sand and small pebbles, and the water becoming deep after about 4–5 meters.The drinks were decent, the staff remained friendly throughout our stay, and the entertainment team was very professional. There was also an adults-only disco late at night with good music and drinks. There were no evening shows specifically for children, but there was a kids’ disco.In the lounge the cocktails were amazing.Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday and felt that the experience was definitely worth it.     This hotel has been a truly positive surprise in every way.     My stay at Crystal Centro was nothing short of amazing. The hotel staff were great, always willing to help and very friendly to chat.I want to particularly point out Serkan, Fatima Sabira from the spa , who looked after me and my friends and sorted us all out with an amazing spa package.
