    Genel olarak çok beğendim, tam bir fiyat performans oteli . Sadece odalardaki klima problemini çözmeleri gerekiyor, daha iyi çalışmalı. Animasyon ekibi çok eğlenceli, çok sevdik, tüm animasyon ekibi işini severek yapıyor. Konser alanında barda çalışan ve garson olarak masaya servis yapan ekip de çok iyiydi. Tekrar gelmek isterim. Overall, we liked it very much; it offers excellent value for money. The only issue that needs improvement is the air conditioning in the rooms, as it should work better.The entertainment team was fantastic and a lot of fun—we really enjoyed their energy. It was clear that the entire animation team loves what they do and performs their work with enthusiasm.The staff working at the bar in the concert area, as well as the waiters providing table service, were also excellent and very attentive.I would be happy to come back again in the future.

    Fantastic hotels with great facilities, lots of pools and restaurants. Table service lunch at the beach was nice. Kids loved the water slides. Good drinks selection in the bars including premium spirts.     My experience here was not the best, comparing to marmias last year, this holiday was not the best but not the worst, many people do not know english, the food was dry and had no taste on many occasions, the night social life was so bad i went sleep at midnight sometimes even before it was not very good, i would like to also add that for nearly £700 per person i feel like i was scammed i paid £800 for marmias and it was good, the night life was good, food was good, people spoke english i did not feel like a stranger once but here i did and the staff keep asking us to go clubbing which was annoying and they only kept coming to ask about that, not all the time but very often, i can carry on but i will leave this here and would not reccomnd this place to anyone and i will not be coming back i promise Hotel Management, İşletme Sahibi at Crystal Prestige Elite, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.We are sorry to hear that your holiday experience did not meet your expectations.
