    Following a horrific experience within another hotel in Belek my daughter managed to get myself and my cousin booked into this absolutely fabulous hotel. From the minute we walked into this hotel reception area we were warmly greeted by the receptionist Roza her kind and caring attitude was so beautiful. The Hotel was immaculate, the food was absolutely fabulous, all of the staff were so happy to help with anything. It was an absolute honour to spend the last 4 days of our holiday within this hotel after having to experience a terrible time for the first 3 days of our holiday so from the bottom of my heart I thanks you for turning what was a really negative experience of Turkey into a very positive experience.     Very bad hotel stay away

    Hotel very small rooms smells aqua park looks big on pictures but it’s about 50 cm deep round slides it’s ok for little babies not 7/10 year olds food ok staff friendly,Big issue I found car parking they direct me round back of hotel which it’s land only ok if you have tractor not for car parked on street front of hotel my car been scratched badly I don’t recommend anyone to this hotel paying that much money should go better quality hotels with clean rooms and decent parking and swimming pools very bad experience we had Hotel Management, İşletme Sahibi at Crystal World Of Colours, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your valuable comments.
