Facility

The hotel was built recently, in 2022. The hotel has 8 lifts and features 544 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Guests who have booked all-inclusive will receive a welcome drink. Amenities include a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units offer a partial sea view. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, à la carte, air conditioning and high chairs). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. A generous breakfast from the buffet or à la carte guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests help themselves to the lavish buffet or order a set menu (for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Diet meals, children's meals and vegan food can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    My stay at Cullinan belek was absolutely amazing. Everything extended my expectations from the luxurious atmosphere and beautiful facilities to the outstanding service. The staff were incredible be a professional friendly and I always ready to help with a smile the folk coins entertainment and overall hospitality were truly top quality one of the best Otel experience I’ve ever had and I would definitely love to come back again.     Attention to detail at this hotel is extremely high, and they truly do everything possible to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish. From the moment you step inside the treatment is 5* plus! We stayed in a duplex room with a private pool, and it was absolutely immaculate. The room was beautifully maintained and felt luxurious throughout our stay.The main restaurant was huge, with an incredible variety of food that changed daily. There was so much choice that it would be impossible for anyone to get bored.The Concierge WhatsApp service allowed us to contact our assistant at any time of day. They went above and beyond to help with any request and were always friendly, efficient, and eager to assist.During our stay, we experienced a slight issue with noise from nearby building works. The hotel immediately offered us another room, although it wasn’t quite suitable for us. As an apology, they kindly arranged a reservation at the Italian restaurant, which was superb and greatly appreciated.Every request we made was met with care and enthusiasm. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff was welcoming, accommodating, and professional.Checkout was completely stress-free, and as part of our package we received the VIP airport experience. We were personally guided through the airport straight to the departure lounge, making it the most relaxed and hassle-free airport experience we have ever had.If you are looking for a luxury stay with fantastic food, stunning views, exceptional customer service, and a truly relaxing holiday experience, then this is absolutely the place for you.
