    I had a very warm welcome a clean quiet room in a great location. Only downside was rubbish internet and could do with some repairs to shower but it did the job. The family who own the hotel are lovely and very welcoming

    This property has good and not so good features, I'll start with the good features. The hotel is owned by the Sari family family, they are a delightful family and go out of their way to help you. We were picked up from the airport by a lovely elderly man who could not speak english, but this was no problem. We asked for a ground floor two bedroom apartment, with balcony but not on a road side. This was not possible as the only available apartment was road side. The apartment was spacious with two large wardrobes and plenty of hangers. One double bed and one sofa bed. Air conditioning in lounge area only. Small television. The kitchen space was adequate. Two large hot plates, electric kettle, pans, cutlery & crockery. Very good fridge with small freezer compartment. Wfi was very good with strong signal and it was free. Air conditioning was also free. Linen chaged very frequently and towels almost daily. Very close to a wonderful beach, 100 metres. Very close to shops and restaurants. Down side, the double bed was so hard my wife could not sleep on it and I found it difficult to sleep on. Sofa bed had seen better times and was difficult to put down also it was very lumpy. The balcony was narrow and very public. The TV did not work. Large bathroom/wetroom, two wash basins, toilet and shower. Hot water was so hot it bordered on dangerously hot and one had to run the shower for so time to get hot water. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. This was a very cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.

    I love Delphin Apart in Side, mostly for the fantastic, sweet Sari family ❤ This time there was a little problem with hot water in my shower. But. It get fixed I loved to stay in the room with a little outdoor kitchen. There was a lovely view between the two, also very nice hotels, Golden Star and Sun Flower ☀.And, about the time I must go back to Sweden, they started with some makeover of the older part of Delphin Apart. It will be exiting to see next time.I also love the part of where Delphin Apart is located. It has nice mini markets next door, that sells fresh honey, homemade cheese and other good stuff. Also nice shopping really close, and the lovely beachwalk... I always miss my friends in Side. I wish the best for you ❤❤❤ see you again

    The apartment we stayed in was quite adequate for our stay. It was very reasonably priced but was definitely in need of some repairs. The rooms were clean but sparsely furnished. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioner was in family room so bedrooms were a bit warm. Ask for a fan. Parking was free and available across from hotel. A short walk to the beach. All in all if you are on a shoe string budget this hotel is just fine.

    Sheets were dirty and smelly, room was deadly cold, tv was broken. It's only cheap and smiley stuff are advantages. Well if u look for a place for just sleeping in the summer, it's good for you. Otherwise don't think it is a good idea
