    I was at this hotel with my dad and sister for a week meant to be all inclusive by no means this hotel is a 4 star lucky if it was a 1 star food was terrible didn't even have the basics for all inclusive no butter for bread only 2 mornings after complaining and that was a block of butter hot food was cold no ice for drinks the full week of our stay we complained constantly but no one spoke English apart for 1 guy. half the sunbeds were broken boiled eggs for breakfast was the only british food no vodka for 2 days glasses were filthy plz do not book this hotel we went with love holidays and they have dismissed our complains which I will be taking further

    This hotel far away from understanding of quality and service. They not even pay staffs monthly pay that is why staff are very rude and in stress. They dont have motivation of what they do.I personally did dialog some of them they complaint about their manager Mustafa. He has been doing perverse attitufe toward his young girl staff and customers of hotel. İllegal workers were working there so that he can avoid from taxes. Do not book this hotel by regarding 5 star reviews because those reviews written by hotel personels frankly.

    I've stayed totally 5 nights and it was really good. Room was really clean and comfy. Staff are very friendly but I want to special thanks Mr Nevzat and Mr Ömer from reception team. They were really helpful smiley. Made me feel home. Definitely recommend this place.
