  Room is average if you just need a place to lay your head!! You better come with everything you need because they offer nothing complimentary! They don’t even offer complimentary coffee bar in lobby! I went down the next morning for coffee and was told you have to make it in your room! Proceeds to tell me I have to walk 2 blocks to a restaurant if I want coffee. If you can’t even offer me a cup of coffee to stay at your resort after spending a small fortune to stay there, I will never book there again ! I would rather sleep in my car!! I could have got the same service at a motel 6!!

  I had no problems with this place but totally recommend you to get queen bed bc the twins are pretty small hot tub was perfect and sauna.

  Maintenance to the Rescue

  Had a few problems in our room & team member Roy from maintenance came to our room right away & took care of our problems! He was very friendly and did a great job! We really enjoy staying at Beach cove! Roy was a perfect example of not only a great place to stay, but of a staff member that takes pride in his work! Robert Stewart ( room 305 )

  Noise, noise, noise!!!

  I used to love staying here. I stayed here many times when I was younger with my family. This time, the check-in went great and the pool and lazy rivers were great as well as the location close to Ocean Drive. However, that is where it ends. The furnishings are very spartan, with the living room space having a couch with no coffee table and there were two chairs instead of four at the small dining table. With three beds in the place, how come only two chairs???? The beds had sand in them when we checked in which is odd considering the sheets should have been changed before we checked in. The tub was coming apart and needed resurfacing. The very worst was the noise, noise, noise, not from other people staying, though that is an issue too. Also, we did not even mind the AC unit coming on l, as others have said. However, the wind noise coming from the interstitial space in the wall at night was unbearable. There was a little wind the first night and a little more the second night and for some reason, it gets in interstitial space and howls very, very loudly. We heard people in other rooms complaining as well. It kept us up our last night here and made for a miserable drive home. If you are looking for solid air conditioning, you also won’t find that here either. When we complained about it being warm, they asked if we kept the balcony door open and we told them we had been gone for several hours and the balcony door was locked l. They came and checked and said that it was working but that it goes on and off. The noise from the men next door was quite loud but that was not on them. The door between our rooms was paper thin. Nothing was as bad though as that horrible wind/pipe noise coming from the walls/ interstitial space. It was terrible for getting a good nights sleep before driving home. I will not stay here again. It was definitely not worth the more than $400 a night we ended up paying!!

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

  HORRIBLE counter staff! I booked an oceanFRONT room and was put in a room with NO view but a huge palm tree!! I went back to reception and asked to change rooms, and instead, I was scolded by the older man for booking through a 3rd party. He told me if I were to book directly with the hotel, they would have been able to find me a better room but because I booked through a third party, I needed to take my issue up with them. I called Expedia, got my money refunded, and checked back out of there within 30 minutes.
