Location

Particularly great for business travellers, this hotel is ideally located in the heart of Antalya. The nearest shops are about 700 m away. It is about 15 km to Antalya (AYT) Airport.

Facility

English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     We stayed at this hotel recently and were truly very satisfied with our experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.     Lovely hotel, service in rooftop restaurant very poor.

    Would of been 5 stars if the problem in the rooftop restaurant had of been resolved, the hotel is lovely and the staff are welcoming. Most do struggle with English though. Still here now came for a relaxing break, beautiful room 1401 had some lovely spa treatments , eat at the rooftop restaurant on a few occasions, price very reasonable. On one occasion the service was extremely poor, we addressed this with the front desk but nothing ever came of it. No apology or contact from the management or guest services, we feel we can't go back up and eat in the restaurant now which has caused inconvenience. The hotel isn't cheap per night and I would expect some responses regarding my complaint after spending well over a £1000 in this hotel.

    I had a very pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Centre. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a great central location that makes it easy to explore the city. Kaleiçi, shopping centres, and transport links are all close by.The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely designed, with good soundproofing and all the amenities you’d expect from a Hilton hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping standards were excellent.The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The facilities, including the pool, spa, and fitness centre, were a real highlight and added to the overall experience.Overall, this is a high-quality hotel offering great comfort, excellent service, and good value.
