Location

This beach hotel is located in the setting of the imposing Taurus mountains surrounded by aromatic pine and orange trees, on a pebble beach. The picturesque town centre of Kemer is about 1 km from the hotel. Antalya is located around 40 km from the hotel.

Facility

338 rooms, including 256 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 5 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests who have booked all-inclusive will receive a welcome drink. Guests can store valuables in the safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services include a babysitting service (for a fee), medical assistance, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. 3 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. Most units have a sea view. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds and children's beds are available at no extra charge upon request. A safe and a minibar are also available. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a baby bath. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. 3 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 35 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can taking a refreshing dip or just relax in the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas (no extra charge). A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and basketball. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as paddle boating and water aerobics. For a fee, guests can also enjoy windsurfing, jet skiing and aquafit. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a sauna and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include an à-la-carte restaurant, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive special can be booked. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themselves at the delicious buffet or order a set menu for lunch. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available (on request, free of charge). The resort also offers snacks. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    Very disappointing end to what had been a wonderful girls’ holiday celebrating friendship and our 60th birthdays.Upon arrival, everything was welcoming, well-organised, and we were looking forward to our stay.We had booked two à la carte restaurants during our holiday, the Turkish restaurant and the fish restaurant, both of which incurred an additional charge. Prior to our reservation, we were asked to change one of our bookings, which we accommodated without issue.On the day of the meal, I received a message at 7:30 pm asking where we were. I replied that our reservation was for 8:00 pm. When we arrived, our food had already been placed on the table and left uncovered. No wine was offered, and there was no live music as advertised. We were seated at a very low table with stools on a sandy floor, which was particularly unsuitable as one member of our group has knee problems.The food service continued at an uncomfortably fast pace. By the time the main course was due, we requested a break before the next course was served. When the food eventually arrived, it was cold. At that point, we decided to leave the restaurant.The following day, we raised our concerns with the à la carte restaurant manager, who came to speak with us at our beach beds. He assured us the matter would be resolved. We also reported the issue to Guest Services when they approached us, and again we were assured it would be sorted out.We also cancelled our next à la carte due to our previous experience As we were due to leave early on Sunday morning, we completed a partial check-out at approximately 11:15 pm on Saturday. At that point, I was presented with a bill for £80 relating to the restaurant charge. Guest Relations informed us that we were required to pay the bill. We spent over an hour discussing the matter, until around 12:40 am, and were repeatedly told that because we had not reported the issue directly to reception on the night, nothing could be done. We were further informed that if the bill was not paid, security would not allow me to leave the resort.Being made to feel like a criminal over a complaint that had already been reported to both the restaurant manager and Guest Services was completely unacceptable.For a hotel group of this size and reputation, this experience was unbelievable. It completely ruined our final evening and left a very negative impression.Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not consider returning in the future.

    Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

    As soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted by a member of staff to check in, we were given drinks and a cookie we were sat in a cosy corner of the foyer, it was the best check-in we've ever had.Our room had everything we required, it was immaculately clean, plenty of storage and the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom contained everything we needed toiletry wise, they even sent us up some toothbrushes and toothpaste (I had forgotten to pack them).We only had one night's disturbed sleep that was caused by a noisy neighbour which was sorted within 10 minutes.Every where we went in the hotel was spotless.The food was amazing there was plenty of choice and always something new to try, the food trucks are brilliant and the cocktails bar was my favourite place to end our evenings.Each and every one of staff in the hotel are 5 star they all to an amazing job of making your holiday special.

    Great all inclusive holiday

    This was our second visit to the hikton doubletree in Kemer and once again it hit all the right spots. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are stylish and modern. The food is good in the buffet, but the food vans are the main attraction set in the sunshaded courtyard with a massive variety of street foods from around the world. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Top marks for the personal whatsapp service which allows any requests or issues to be dealt with quicley and efficiently. The main entertainment area in the ibiza arena was amazing with the wall of death motorbikes the best act for me. We tended to drift to the lobby bar in the evening and the instrumental band were easy on the ear. The quality of the drinks were the best we've experienced in an all inclusive with my favourite whisky Monkey Shoulder on offer. A special mention to our friendly waiter Harun who recognised us straight away from our previous visit and made us very welcome. The hotel and the staff are worthy of the 5 star review.

    Once again, we witnessed the Double Tree difference, as always. The hotel's concept was absolutely beautiful. The staff were equally attentive. This is a hotel you should visit not just once, but many times in your life.     The staff who creates the mood — thank you for your care and smiles! I would like to start by thanking the hotel team for their individual approach and genuine care. I would also like to express my gratitude to the cleaning service and Meryem, as it was a pleasure to return to a spotlessly clean room every day, and Meryem always greeted us with a warm smile. I would also like to thank Metin Yucel for his radiant smile, openness, and engaging conversations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. His cooking is a separate story: insanely delicious lunches and incredibly tender meat, which we will miss. Thank you to the entire barista team, and especially to Bugra and Pidar from Mickey Browns, for the delicious lactose-free coffee and pastries. We would also like to mention the work of the curators.
