  Spent 10 days here, generally satisfied.The hotel is not new, modest enough, is a 5-minute walk from the sea. Rooms are clean.Pools (child and adult) are clean.To the sea walk 5-7 minutes in a leisurely step along a shady alley past other hotels.Hotel guests have access to the private beach of the Armas Hotel, and can use the canopy and sun loungers.seats are sufficient.But there are a lot of people on this beach, all mixed up, deckchairs standing close, the beach sandy, the sea murky.We went right, towards the hotel gural. There's a gorgeous clear sea, a pebble beach. But there are no deckchairs and no shade. We're fine, but it's not for everyone. Loved the hotel cafe. This is the only decent place in a village called Tekirova!For hotel guests there is a special offer: three menu options to choose from, each including soup, vegetable salad and main course (or chicken, fish, or pizza), each menu for one costs 600 lire. Delicious, beautiful serve. We ate to this cafe, there were no complaints on the tour.Breakfast included, serving, modest: olives 2 kinds, 1 egg per person, bread, jams, butter, chocolate paste portioned, some cheese, 5 strollers sausages, tea, vegetables, 5 pieces of watermelon.Tekirova has 2 stale supermarkets with a very meagre range.There's no kettle and glasses or cups in the room.No beach towels.Most importantly! Very welcoming, friendly staff! Every employee makes a genuine effort to make their stay at the hotel enjoyable! Not obsessively, politely, a lot of attention to our children, we're grateful!   Failed to Meet Expectations

  I decided by looking at the reviews, but it didn’t meet expectations. The staff were attentive, the communication was good, but unfortunately the breakfast was very poor, the lock-in mechanism of the rooms was ordinary room locks. If you don’t lock it inside, someone outside can always open the door and enter your room. There was no balcony in the room. There was no shortage to dry the wet maple. It''s a hotel that hasn''t met expectations when you''re staying at 3 Ace 4 Ace and 5 Ace hotels before. I won’t go make Recommendations again.   With a lot of potential in the leadership

  The manager unfortunately does not have his booking systems under control. We had booked a triple room at the standard rate including an extra bed and also got so confirmed by booking.com. We received a much smaller double room with two extra beds (all in all very cramped and not according to the pictures). Asked about this, the manager became very loud and aggressive and said that this is the problem of booking.com if they do not report to him correctly what I booked. He also said that the standard rate is always a small room and not a triple room. With this statement he confirmed us - after his brash and arrogant manner - for the second time that he has no idea about hotel business. Too bad; because the facility would be really nice and with the exception of the manager, the rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. But because we think that such people should not host guests, we stay at one star and recommend to stay away from this arrogant behavior.
