    Great hotel the entertainment staff are great BOSH you cant miss him hes definitely a stand out man great hair and koko are amazing and made the holiday alot of fun 😁

    Let’s start with the good things:-Great variety of food -Island is fab-Good swimming pools -Spa is amazing (however the sales men are abit too much asking you to book every time they see you)Now for the real issues: -Hard to communicate English with any staff-Waiters trying to take my plates while I’m still eating! -Waiters cleaning up the whole table, when I went to get more food. All my food and drinks gone! -Dirty table cloths reused in buffet -Room floor dirty even though mopped -Poor quality towels, smelt and holes -Drainage issues and smelt-Says all inclusive yet they charge you for a lot of things. €10 for water melon is a joke. -Staff are not friendly or jolly-Poor fruit selection-Can’t get a Sun bed as everyone reserves with their towels -Beware of the lifts- they close so fast it traps you in the doors. Also they were so dirty & never cleaned at all on my 1 week stay. Overall not happy with my stay and I would not recommend or return.

    Great rooms. We upgraded to a 2 bed room instead of standard and was plenty of space for 4! Food is alright, better on the island. Few of.us with sore stomachs.The kids club was excellent! Definitely entertained our 5 year old and 10 year old for the last few hours before our flights.Planning to come back next year with more family.
