  Went there with my dad and sisters looked as if we have walked into a construction site we were woken up to drills and worker lifts were not working our heating in the room didn't work informed Reception told us to wait till morning first rooms we was moved to the bathroom light didn't work had breakfast for only 1 day and it was average fried cold chips and oily fritters we asked Thomas cook to be moved after this the manager tried offering us an alternative 300km

  Ok so here goes ....This hotel is anything but what it seems , when we arrived the pool was empty , ferrel cats all over the pool area and in the hotel itself , the place stunk and the service was horrendous. Please look at my pictures to see and read what the so called manager did to me and my friend within 40 minutes of arriving . The manager of this place is just a VILE , DISGUSTING EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING . They do NOT deserve any business at all . The kitchen dining area is filthy i would not even eat a salad at this place . We had to wait till our 6th day for a room clean and had to ASK for clean towels. Whilst we were there they had a fumigation team in at the side of the kitchen area where all the fresh produce was and didnt even bother to cover it up or take it inside . I have travelled to many places WORLDWIDE and i can honestly say i had better hospitality and welcoming in the deserts of NAMIBIA. The place is a complete NO GO .......PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE ........they should be ashamed of themselves ☠️🤮sorry but your hotel is disgusting

  Accessibilty issues, access to reception is on a short steep road difficult for disable users. Hotel room was small but clean. Room view faced onto fire escape of nearby building. Bathroom shelf was poorly secured and smashed. Fridge in room, internet was good. Seemed like a family run hotel with staff sleeping and socialising in reception. No lifts and located a little far from beach.

  Compact and bijou hotel situated slightly away from the main centre of Antalya, and under the flightpath of the airport (so planes are audible at all hours).Simple furnishings, clean and fairly spacious rooms, for the price.Didn't have kettle for making tea/coffee, or a mini-fridge, while I was there - but these are promised in future.There are no safes in rooms and no covers on duvets and pillows, if that bothers you.No lift either; so bear in mind if you have movement difficulties. Staff are very friendly and always available via WhatsApp for any queries, which they deign to answer ASAP, at any time of day or night.Small pool wasn't available at time of visit (as too cold in February outside).Air-con in room effective for heating as well. Small balcony (but mine only had a view of neighbouring hotel LOL).As usual in these cases, it's the other guests that cause most of the problems (noise, drunkenness etc) and there's sometimes not much staff can do except speak to them politely and ask them to desist.More sound-proofing between rooms, less clunky doors and furniture, and better carpeting would go some way to diminishing these issues however.

  It was very confortable family hotel i stay there with my family ,hotel was nice locate , operate with very family style ,Delicius breakfast , Smiling face Staff ,Kindly reccomend to all who is planning to travvel to kalkan ..The hotel is give me more my expectations ,like price and service :)
