  Home-like cosiness and hospitable staff

  This was our first trip with my friend to Turkey and we immediately fell in love with it and it's people! And the general mood, of course, was set by the hotel when we were accommodated immediately upon arrival here at 7 am! It's just incredible! The hotel cares about cleanliness, cuisine is very good - everything is delicious and fresh! The staff is just great - in the restaurant, at the reception, cleaners. I would especially like to mention Ali (hello to you!), Who even once made us a surprise - Turkish coffee with a super serving. It was cool!) The hotel has everything for a wonderful holiday - great accommodation, swimming pools, slides :) I definitely want to come back here!

  Bad hotel ,they just want Russian , no more to tell, never anymore, food normal ,no alcohol , water or cola in plastic or carton ??? Hotel ??? Just 1 word bad , the price to high for this hotel , rooms dirty , bathroom dirty

  Limited food, only think I liked at breakfast was eggs. No diet/zero drinks. Couldn’t even find the key to the ice cream cabinet. Had to try 3 rooms to get a decent WiFi after they insisted I moved rooms. Staff not very helpful, just shrug their shoulders. Avoid

  We booked hotel for 1176 € (according to Booking ia 7273 liras) but they charged us 7760 liras (on a bill they wrote price by hand - cheaters). Stuff is really fuillty, always in same fuillty shirts and pans and some of them stink on swet. In bathroom shower had felt off, toilet flush broke down, light bulb in bathroom broke (waited handyman for few hours). We were stuck in lift, door of bathroom was locked from outside, also our mail door couldn't be locked (we had to fix it by ourselve couse handyman never show up). When we try to change fuilty beach towels it was always something (you came to latte, next day you came to early, next day we just gave our last towel....). Food - terrible- in morning breakfast starts at 7 am, if you don't come by 8 am there is no more bakes, just white bread and gues what French frise and baked potatoes. Same for lunch or diner, if you're not first there there's no more meat or cakes only leftovers. Everything is full of flys specially on food. If you're not a Russian guest you're not welcome!!!!! TERRIBLE Souna works only from 12 to 2 pm in the middle of the lunch time. Only RUSSIAN music.

  Deceiving photos- English Speaking Guests Do Not Book!

  Myself and my husband were supposed to stay at Enki Hotel for a week but we came back after 3 days as we disliked the hotel. The restaurant staff however were very friendly and although they spoke very little English they made every effort. The bedroom was dark and smelt of cigrettes and damp- the air conditioning unit sounded more like a tractor. When turned off because it was too loud and we were unable to sleep and every noise from the corridors, rooms next door and traffic outside seemed disturbingly loud. We could hear everything from conversations to a tap being turned on. The bed was very uncomfortable and we could feel the springs- we did not sleep properly for the 3 nights we were there. We discussed this with Natasha at the reception desk who made us feel like an inconvenience and told us we had the best room available. Our room came with an ash tray so I highly doubt that there is a smoke detector in all the rooms. The pictures of rooms online are deceiving, I have attached some photos below please review before booking. Food was served lukewarm/cold and there was usually one chicken dish and one beef served daily- the pictures showed online seem deceiving as there was not a variety of different foods. Cats from outside were allowed into the dining area and climbed onto dining chairs the hotel staff and some of the guests would feed the cats. Tablecloths were dirty and stained- instead of changing them they were swept with a dust pan and brush. My husband and I were the only English speaking guests- the majority of guest were Russian who all seemed very happy with the food and their stay. Overall the hotel building seems outdated and is surrounded by similar hotels and apartment blocks- you can hear the traffic when having breakfast and even in your room with the door closed. The only thing I can say we enjoyed was the beach.
