    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The check in was efficient and our room was compact and functional with a balcony. The room was warm but we had a tilt on the balcony door which let in fresh air so that was great. The bed was comfortable, a big fridge and kettle and the shower was warm and powerful. The breakfast was very nice, there was bratwurst or white sausage,scrambled eggs and a good selection of cold meats, cheese and other deli produce. The various types of bread were lovely and individual tea pots for us English tea drinkers was a bonus also. The walk to Marienplatz/ Aufbrauhaus etc is about 20 minutes and there are also several nice bars and restaurants close to the hotel, also the Rosenplatz S train station which runs direct to and from the airport. I can recommend this Hotel, it's good value for money and also walking distance to Old Town if you don't have any health issues.     All in all I would like to say that this hotel is good. Certainly is not perfect but is perfect in this world? We stayed for 17 days and we had a room with balcony; the room was nice but balcony was a bit less. The staff was very helpful.     This hotel it’s in nice neighborhood, breacfast it’s good , room very nice size with kitchen appliances, parking and laundry , restaurant and service desk speaking very good many different language! The price it’s good and very clean Tv it’s big and good!     The room was quite well designed and laid out, staff wonderfully friendly, breakfast fantastic. Everything very clean and comfortable. Great location, not far from train/tram. As I currently have a project in Munich, I am glad to have found this hotel.     The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, they have a built in kitchen if you wish to go the extra mile. The location is pretty good and the pricing was much better than some of the other chains around. The two beers in the fridge as a treat was icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend this place.
