  We`ve just spent 8 nights at this 4 stars all inclusive hotel. It was a bad experience because the hotel/services are far from a 4 star hotel. Below you can find bad and pro points for this hotel:Bad points:- very bad and unhelpful reception service. We`ve received at our arrival a very very bad room with many options to injury our childs but thanks to Mr Ahmed they changed to a better one.- the hotel has very old and very used furniture and accesoires in rooms. The sockets for electricity can be very easy take out from the walls. - very bad and also very limited range of dishes you can eat at each meal. You can find only chicken meat in every kind of cooking you know. They have big problems at suppling the elementary elements for a meal. In 10 days I didn`t seen baclava at desert but there were a lot of bizare creams and jellys.- very bad room cleaning sistem, their cleanning ladies tryed to clean our room each day betwen 13 - 15 hours when our childs were sleeping so the room was cleaned and our towels were changed only in 2 days when we were in trips at those hours- the seaside and the sea entry are not prepared for childs. The shore is made of stone and is hard to go into the sea also for adults. Others hotels had pontons (wharves) so you can avoid the rock shore.- the watter from the pools was cooler than the water from the sea- animation (language) was made especialy for there main target, russian people- parcking - although i`ve asked many times to let me park the car inside the indoor parcking i didn`t receive a place to park my car- same drinks were different from one bar to other and I refer here at soft drinks and beerPro points- Really nice sea view from the room and also it is very good that they have apartaments with 2 rooms- A/C from the rooms works very well- Very captivant mini disco show, our childs were delighted by it thank to the girls from the animation team - very clean pools and slides, nice garden area, nice small park for childs- very nice sunsets- nice things to see around the Alanya zoneVisits we`ve made- Antalya Aquarium - it is a must see, you will be very surprised- Water planet Alara - it is nice and your kids will love it- Sapadere kanion - very nice and interesting, very relaxing and cool in a hot day,- Magarasi cave - very nice and beatiful views, very relaxing and cool in a hot day,Conclusion: I will not come again to this location and I wll not recomend this hotel to my friends. I will recomend this area but I will sugest to my friends to book a 5 star hotel in Antalya preferably.

  + Spacious rooms, children's pool, proximity to the sea, children's program- Food of very poor quality, the same types every day, sometimes you did not have what to choose, drink low quality, small plastic cups- Not very clean, stained sheets, beach towels discolored and smelly - Gravel beach, untended- Staff ok, but only speaking to you in Russian

  Pros: nice rooms with balcony, good food, close to the beach (just need to go via tunnel from hotels territory)Cons: bad wifi signal. We arrived on seasons beginning, couple of days when tons of tourist busses were coming. Was feeling that staff was unprepared and was quite big chaos. Also on couple of situations we were not pleased with service-offending compliments to my wife, arrogant attitude from on of main employees.I put three stars because I dont have any other hotel to compare with,but it might be also just one.Next to hotel,there is one really friendly tour guide family-Tatyana with her husband. Go definitely there,talk with them,have a great tee and time even without buying any service.

  Food was great, hotel is close to the beach and bus stop in front- to the city. Safe and nice looking. Rooms are average, quite old but thats okey. Annoying staff if you are a woman, but nice and fast service. Animators are fun and creative. Book now and enjoy ;)

  Great location - next to the sea. Friendly, but annoying staff (if you are a woman). Nice room with balcony, tasty food in restaurant (sea view from restaurant) and good drinks in bar. I recommend this hotel!
