Our experience here was amazing, the personal was very nice. We had breakfast for 200 lira (4€), with buffet and homemade omelets and vegetables. The room was very confortable, clean and functionnal and we had extra blankets. We were very glad for chosing this hotel with my friends !

The nice hotel in Antalya

This is my first visit in Su hotel. I really like the rooms and the pool there. Lovely place to have a holiday. Beach is very nice and it’s free you know. I came here for the dental treatment but also I spend really good time there. The staff is so friendly to us, eapaecially we like the guest officer Larisa. She is very talkative and really knows her job. Thank you all for your kindness and service.

The hotel is the worst i have ever been, never ever come to this place. The rooms smell so bad, the beds very dirty and damages all around the room. The bathroom is so dirty and the staff doesn’t care about anything. We have the worst nights of our life. This place ruined our entire vacation, there breakfast are so bad and not worth the money at all. The hotel manager and the front dest never smiled to our face, always very rude and they think they are providing a good service. No one in this hotel cares about the guest. Not to mention that we asked several times to check on the room because there is a very bad smell but no one did anything about it until i asked to change the room at night, but they didn’t had any room of the same criteria. They forced me a room that I don’t want, and they don’t give me refund to leave at least to another hotel. So we just left and stayed in another hotel without getting a refund, so that bad was this hotel that I couldn’t even stay the night. I don’t recommend anyone to come here because it will literally ruin your vacation.

🛑❌❌❌❌❌🛑Worse nightmare evern. Will not stay there nor recommend to anyone to stay there.they are extremely rude and unprofessional.this hotel is not even 1 star do not fall from pictures from advertisement. The night we checked it there are so many red flags so many issues i came cross all pictures i have taken and made video. We are about to get electricuted by the short-circuit iron given to us. Iron went on fire and fire and smoke coming out of it.we jad to evacuate the room. Hotel management done nothing to check itnor called any emergency service untill the hotel is clear. Catle was already in room which was stinking and dead insects were inside. Stains on sheets and pillows.did not chnaged clearly. Holes in walls electric wire are sticking out.Broken tiles,Broken mirros,broken shower leaking everywhere. Toilet seat are not bolted and moving everywhere when you sit on it.molded walls like they never cleaned and become black.Broken hanger.Broken hair dryer. Like any thing is working in this hotel. No no.on top on it i made complain to management which was 17 years old boy told me to speak to staff in morning. Told them they did nothing and made us feel they this is our fault. This is worse worse worse hotel ever. Never booked this hotel check pictures and video as review. They wont show toilet pictures as they are worse. Dont fall for pictures them pictures shows you may be taken when it was new.

When you search a perfect hotel in Antalya Exporoyal hotel will be best choice for you. Accommodation, cleaning, smiling face etc. Everything was great. I really love it.
