  A wonderful hotel that truly exceeded expectations! The renovation of both the rooms and the entire complex was completed about a year ago, and you can feel it in every detail.Rooms: spacious, bright, and modern. Everything is clean and well-maintained. All toiletries are provided, daily cleaning is done, and the minibar is free of charge. The rooms are very comfortable, and the view from the window is beautiful — whether you look at the sea or the mountains.Location: simply perfect. On one side, there is the sea, and on the other — the mountains. The hotel feels hidden from the outside world, surrounded by stunning natural scenery that you can enjoy all the time.Restaurant and food: top quality! There are always seafood dishes, meat options, and delicious desserts. For children, there’s ice cream, milkshakes, and more. The variety is great, and there are also dietary options for those who prefer healthy eating. If you miss restaurant hours, there is a 24/7 dining option where you can always grab a bite. The night menu is limited, but you definitely won’t go hungry. There’s also a pastry shop where you can enjoy sweets and coffee — our kids loved it!Bars: stylish, modern, and Instagram-worthy. One bar is located by the sea and operates from 10 a.m. until 2 a.m. Cocktails are excellent, bartenders are skilled, and the alcohol quality is very good — comparable to high-end venues. Another bar operates all day, where you can have pizza, pasta, snacks, or ice cream and spend time with your family. There’s also a hookah lounge and a separate bar on the pier. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with champagne and sweets — a very pleasant touch!Service: the hotel staff is exceptional. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome and valued. You can contact them anytime through a 24/7 chat, and they help immediately with any request. Special thanks to the administrators, waiters, and bartenders — they truly work for guests’ comfort.Beach and pool: entry to the sea is a bit rocky, which may be inconvenient for small children, but there are places where it’s easier to get in. This didn’t stop the kids from swimming and enjoying the sea. Sunbeds near the beach can be limited, especially in October, but that’s likely due to the off-season when only one of several beaches operates. The pool was cool in October as it’s not heated, but the sea was warm, so it wasn’t a problem.SPA: excellent — with a pool, saunas, and various steam rooms. Perfect for relaxing in the evening.Sunbeds and towels: very comfortable sunbeds in a bed-like design. Towels are unlimited — no deposit or cards needed; you simply take what you need.Kids club: there is a large, well-equipped kids club with water slides for children and adults, as well as bars nearby. However, it’s located a bit far from the main area, so parents with small children might find the distance inconvenient. Older kids, though, can easily stay there for long periods and have fun.Entertainment: it would be nice to have more poolside animation and evening entertainment. The shows are average, but the overall atmosphere is enjoyable. The music is good, and you can always relax at one of the bars. Children’s discos are held farther away from the main zone, which can be a bit inconvenient for families.Minor downsides: • Rocky entry to the sea (manageable but worth noting for families with toddlers). • Occasionally, outsiders enter the territory offering trips to the city — better to arrange excursions directly with hotel staff. • Fewer sunbeds available on the first beach line during the off-season.Overall impression: an amazing hotel with top-quality service, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere.   The overall service level is poor. Staff lack knowledge and confidence in their communication.The SPA is only partially functional. The Finnish sauna reaches just 70–75°C, which is insufficient. The jacuzzi is not properly filled.Prices are agreed in one currency (USD), but the invoice is issued in another (EUR), which is misleading.The entrance to the main restaurant has an unpleasant odor, similar to a restroom.Bars often don’t have the beverages listed on the menu. Guests are served the cheapest options by default, and getting a better drink requires insistence and confrontation with the F&B managers. Bartenders are instructed not to serve premium beverages.There is almost no entertainment or animation.The gym is only half functional. None of the treadmills work.The cinema is out of service.Food is repetetive and not frwsh, especially for dinner.No strawberries and sweet cherry. No classic turkish baklava.Personel is not trained on what's the service and they do not know how to resolve the issue and make the guests happy.On a positive note, the hotel itself is good — rooms are new, clean, and cozy.   Overall, the hotel is nice. The food is delicious, but there’s not a huge variety compared to other places. The staff are super friendly, caring, and attentive.The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning or ventilation in the lobby and elevator — it was really hot.
