  I don’t recommend it, only if you have a discount on the promotion and spend the night with an unassuming large group.

  Liked · Convenient location. Everything is nearby, the sea, shops, cafes, restaurants, city attractions. Spacious apartments. Air conditioning in large living room. The owner offers for purchase drinking water in 19 liter bottles for 100 liras (good for cooking and boiling, but not very tasty for drinking raw). Pool. Beach towels may be provided. The owner can kindly organize assistance with transfers, excursions, providing mobile Internet and recommend cafes and restaurants. Apartments on the ground floor are less exposed to the sun. For grill lovers, a barbecue can be provided. Beach: clear sea, comfortable entry (better in aquashoes). I recommend the Tropical Bar Beach - sunbed from 50 liras for the whole day, Wi-Fi is good, included in the price. Crayfish from $10/kg. From the cafe I will join the advice to visit Monte Kemer for dinner. For lunch between/after the beach, Tavuk Dunyasi'nda river (soups from 35 liras).Didn't like it · Dirty and dirty kitchen and bathroom. Persistent smell of sewage and mustiness if not ventilated. After a shower, the shower floor is wet and slippery due to the design of the shower tray and curtains, which is not safe. Hooks and holders are broken or on their last legs. When asked to install paper holders, it was said: someone must have broken it off, they didn’t find the broken holder, but what’s wrong... I didn’t think about installing a new one... it’s too complicated :) Sockets in strange inconvenient places in the bedrooms, take extension cords and tees. Door locks are worn and require skill). Since the air conditioning is only in the large living room, it takes a significant amount of time to cool the bedrooms. The pool does not seem clean, half a time was enough and we didn’t use it again. Although we ourselves observed cleaning and replacing water during the rest, the desire no longer arose. Cleaning and replacement of towels was done every 4+ days, so the garbage had time to accumulate, to which the owner suggested bringing the garbage to his apartment, which raises questions about hygiene. It would have been easier to take it to the trash bin 30m away ourselves. Wi-Fi - weak signal, speed and continuity are unacceptable, organize mobile Internet, if possible. There is a safe, but there is no key to it). The downside of the first floor is that gifted neighbors above can throw cigarette butts, ashes, and the like from the balconies of the second floor. The owner left an ambiguous impression, he can be obsessively kind with his service, but he can also be rude and boorish in his communication, which does not cause a desire to continue beyond what is necessary. In 23 years of visiting Turkey, we encountered such originality and unconventionality for the first time. Crawling creatures on the floor are a different story (scorpion - see photo), after discovery we walked only in slippers and looked at our feet. Whether you need it, see for yourself. Beach: narrow pebble. There is little room for a self-rest area without commercial sun loungers. Overpriced for sunbeds and food on the beach. Biting fish (see photo).   Worst behavior that I have seen in a hotel

  Last night i dropped a friend who is a 60 years old Ukrainian Ship Captain to Flower Villa, which he booked online. However, upon seeing the available apartment, my friend was not happy with the condition of the property; as the furniture was too old and the fridge wasn’t working. Accordingly he decided to cancel his booking. The person responsible for this property changed attitude suddenly and asked us to leave his premises in a very impolite and rather insulting way. I was surprised with his behavior and asked for the reasons behind such aggressive attitude, but I didn’t get a reply until I told him that I will get back to him by posting this experience in google reviews. He was worried then and apologized....but it was too late ...and what was done is done
