Location

This hotel faces the sapphire-blue Mediterranean Sea, 90 m from its own private golden beach on the beautiful Turkish Riviera. Guests will find the nearest links to the public transport network 50 m away and it is 1 km to the closest restaurants and shops. This impressive hotel is situated in Okurcalar within walking distance of the centre and is just 5 km from Alara Han. Antalya Airport is 80 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 270 rooms, including 8 junior suites, 22 suites and 223 double rooms, located in a 5-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax and enjoy partial sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a queen-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 3 indoor and outdoor pools. The freshwater pool area, which is in part heated, also has a children's pool. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. A variety of activities such as tennis, bocce, beach volleyball and basketball or, for a fee, crazy golf, are offered at the resort. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as diving, water aerobics and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy jet skiing and banana boat rides. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room and a bar. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Special culinary options, such as vegetarian dishes, are also available.

    Returning guests but won't be returning again unfortunately

    Arrived on Friday 8th May during the early hours of the morning, was welcomed and shown to our room it was perfect. The cleanliness of this hotel is amazing, everywhere you look they take pride in it all. Special mention to the restaurant, pool bar, snack area, cleaners and reception staff and management they all go above n beyond. Now for the entertainment, what entertainment?? We were there for a week and witnessed most of the team stood around talking to a particular family everyday. On 2 occasions aqua gym was ignored even though 3 guests were in the pool waiting for it too start. The evening entertainment with the animation was awful, when they were not apart of it it was amazing. That says it all really. The lady with the long curly hair, very rude said good Morning a few times and ignored yet again. We came back when Mani and Pollina were there and too be honest, you need to train your staff as they were awful.
