Location

Lying amidst wonderful gardens, this exclusive beach hotel is surrounded by a pine forest and lies at the foot of the Taurus mountain range. A comfortable resort is located in the tourist centre of Belek, the pretty sand/ pebble beach is across the River Acisu from the hotel and may easily be reached by making use of the hotel's wooden bridge. The city centre is around 8 km away from the hotel with plenty of shopping and entertainment venues, numerous restaurants, bars and cafés, which can easily be reached with the affordable public transport or by taxi. There is a stop for the public transport to be found in front of the hotel. Antalya is located around 55 km from the hotel and the transfer time to Antalya airport is around 50 minutes.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 18 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 516 rooms, including 79 junior suites, 24 suites and 298 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For guests' convenience, units include a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes indoor and outdoor pools, which are in part heated, as well as a children's swimming area. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy crazy golf and golf. Guests can take part in a comprehensive water sports programme, which includes water aerobics and aquafit, with water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing and sailing available for a fee. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, anti-ageing treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music, a dance club and a nightclub.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café, a bar and a pub. A non-smoking restaurant with air conditioning, high chairs and a separate area for smokers is available to guests. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and a complimentary minibar. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    This year, we once again spent our spring holiday at the Gloria Golf Resort. It was already our second stay at this hotel, and just like last year, the ten days were simply outstanding.In addition to enjoying the beautiful beach, we greatly appreciated playing golf at the nearby Gloria Golf Club (New Course) and indulging in the excellent food. We particularly value the opportunity to have breakfast and dinner outdoors by the pool, which creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and contributes significantly to the overall holiday experience.We would also like to highlight the exceptional friendliness and attentiveness of the service staff. The waiters are always courteous, professional, and eager to fulfill every guest's wishes. The hotel management likewise deserves great praise for its excellent organization and the smooth operation of all services.Alongside the beautiful beach, the buffet is undoubtedly one of the hotel's highlights. The selection is impressive, the quality outstanding, and what is particularly remarkable is the creativity with which the buffet is reinvented every day. It never becomes repetitive and offers new culinary discoveries daily.However, we would like to give special recognition to the Indian chef, Vimal Singh, for his outstanding Indian dishes. Having traveled extensively in India myself, I believe I can make a well-founded judgment: the Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken we enjoyed here are, without any exaggeration, among the best I have ever tasted—and that includes many Indian restaurants throughout Europe.We very much look forward to returning to the Gloria Golf Resort in the future.

    Fantastic family experience

    We recently stayed at Gloria Golf as a family. Our room (pool access family suite) was excellent, large, modern and very well equipped. The family pool was also lovely and quieter than the main pool. The staff there were excellent. We enjoyed breakfasts, lunches and drinks there throughout they stay and all staff were very helpful. All queries and requests were dealt with quickly and professionally.The quality of the food was great throughout with good choice and quick service.     Superb family resort

    Superb family resort. We have 2 children (infant and 3 year old) and found this resort amazing. It is our second time here. The shows are top class, fantastic selection of food and loads of pools/slides. The heated pool is a fantastic addition this year. Stand out staff members are Vinal who cooked the most amazing Indian food. He is an absolute gentleman and he remembered us from our stay last year which was so kind. Whenever he saw us he told us about dishes that might be too spicy for our toddler. He really went above and beyond. Another staff member whose name i didnt get was the young male waiter who took drink orders alongside the heated pool this past week. He was always smiling and so attentive.     The Gloria golf resort is the perfect place to come and enjoy golf, good food & drink and wonderful staff. I must pick out Vimal Singh for the dishes he cooks they are so good.
