Location

Enjoying a unique location, this spa complex is set on a hilltop overlooking Alanya and the Mediterranean Sea. Located in a rural setting with spectacular views, the local town of Mahmutlar, with its shops and bus station, is just 2 km away, and it is around 15 km to the busy resort of Alanya, with its many restaurants, bars, nightlife spots and sights, such as Alanya Castle and Red Tower. There is a regular shuttle service to the hotel's private beach, a few kilometres away. The Damlataş Caves are approximately 15 min away by car and Antalya Airport is roughly 140 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 100 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 140 junior suites, 69 suites and 72 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A turndown service offers guests additional comfort. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can strike that perfect balance between exercise and relaxation in one of the 6 indoor and outdoor pools. The freshwater pool area, which is in part heated, also has a children's pool. Pure relaxation in the hot tub, fun on the waterslide and refreshing drinks at the pool bar – guests will experience just how rich and varied a day in the water can be. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The apartment hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes beach volleyball, crazy golf, fishing and horse riding. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, tennis, volleyball and basketball. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as kayaking, snorkelling and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and hydrotherapy treatments. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    We all want to come back. We loved every minute. Worth the long transfer from the airport.We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was perfect. My daughter had her own room and bathroom. All beautifully clean and spacious. Lovely jacuzzi bath, powerful showers, air conditioning, fridge, microwave.We went in May and the Jasmine was in full bloom. Stunning and beautiful smelling. Added to the relaxed, beautiful atmosphere.Wonderful fun waterpark that my daughter was never out of.I loved the relax pool as I am neurodiverse so need no music and a calm atmosphere. The views were stunning, loungers of good quality.We are vegetarian. The buffet was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed far too many of the cakes!All staff were lovely. Friendly without being intrusive, helpful and kind.We all enjoyed trying different cocktails. They cater very well for children with a huge array of mocktails too.There was evening entertainment but we did our own thing which suited us.Small niggles... Pushy sales staff in the clothes shop. No prosecco. A la carte restaurant had no vegetarian main meal (we did state at booking) but we loved the view and were full with salad, pizza and cake anyway. My daughter cut her toe on an uneven surface in the aqua park snack bar. The staff were wonderful in caring for her; kind, professional, friendly.     Overall very pleasant environment, very friendly staff all around especially at dinning hall. Good selection of food every day different maneu, loads of desert , home grown fruits , room big clean with fresh water bottles etc. Free shuttle service to beach and Alanya town. Night time entertainment good!Hotel is on hill top with panoramic view of sea, mountain and land.
