    Great hotel

    rating06 May 2026

Currently at the holiday garden resort, full of Russians and most have been nice and pleasant,a few British, the hotel is beautiful room is spotless, food wasn't the best the first 2 days but had only just opened it picked up a good bit and putting it down to the start of the season, more catered for russian people though and we always did find something to eat, I think if you had children with you they would struggle, alcohol is ok but national drinks, the blues lagoon and effes beer are good, staff are lovely they can't help you enough especially aylen and ayden (I'm sure that's her name) in the lobby bar, lovely girls and always happy to help, always smiling 😁 the girl at the pool bar is also lovely her name is meine entertainment staff are good although couldn't speak much English, we cannot fault this place but the only one thing would be breakfast more baked beans, hash browns and sausages like back home would be amazing. It's about 40 minutes to alanya and the dolmus bus is very regular only a couple of euros each, I felt very intimidated and uncomfortable in alanya, there were crowds of men in clusters constantly shouting for you to buy and when politely said no we were called psycho and idiots if we didn't buy, some girls were also getting called Shakira which means who*es that was the side streets so I'd advise to stick to the main street it's a bit better there, it's put me right off coming back you just can't get peace but thanks to the hotel for a lovely 2 weeks, because of your lovely staff I wany to come back again and just stay in and around the hotel, thank you 🙏💖

    Review 29.04-05.50.2026 - Отель рекомендую

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! It was a great value for money; we stayed for a week. The location is excellent – the beach is nearby (there were always sun loungers), the hotel has a pool, shopping centers are nearby (within walking distance), and there are also dining options on site (main restaurant, snack bar, beachside cafe, ice cream, etc.). The staff is friendly and always helpful (special thanks to Soner, who was always helpful). I recommend the hotel, no extra details, everything is to the point.

    Fantastic hotel

    rating28 Apr 2026

Fantastic hotel. The staff were really helpful and food was great. The entertainment manager Izzet and his wife Luda were fantastic, got everyone involved in activities and were fantastic with the children. Rooms were comfortable however some of the electrics didn’t work and balcony door didn’t lock but this didn’t effect our stay. Had a fantastic time and would definitely visit again.

The hotel's glory days are long gone.

    rating29 Oct 2025

First of all, I would like to say that my opinion is based solely on facts observed during my daily stay at the hotel and what it has to offer. I am not writing this based on excessive expectations. Although I am writing as an individual, this review concerns the stay of two adults in a double room. It is worth noting that the stay at this hotel was booked through the travel agency. A 7-day stay near the end of the season, including flights and transfers, was priced at 1200 euros. Hotel staff - the first thing you encounter, rather friendly, but you can see that they don't want to spend time there. They don't speak English, they will push Russian or another language they think they know (but in fact they don't). Lack of English skills when working in a hotel - the biggest red flag and a total low point. Also, when we checked in, there was a situation where the receptionist yelled at the porter, which is simply unacceptable. We also noticed that hotel employees often perform different roles. Lifeguard during the day, restaurant cleaner in the evening. It is clear that cost-cutting measures are being implemented at every turn. Personally, I think that the staff did not like me because I tried to speak English instead of Russian, for example. I wouldn't say that the fault lies with the staff, but rather with the director/manager, whom I had the opportunity to see walking around the hotel occasionally. I think he doesn't give a damn about any standards, and I'll explain why.Although the hotel has a 5-star rating, we couldn't feel it - it has definitely seen better days. The furniture in the reception, lobby, bars, restaurant, and rooms is in poor condition. The armchairs in the lobby are permanently dirty, and the tables are covered with drink and food stains. The walls are cracked and in need of renovation or demolition. The beds are uncomfortable, with springs poking through the mattresses. Other furniture is battered and old. In the bathroom, we had a yellow telephone that used to be white - I think this will help someone estimate how old the furniture is. We got a room with one double bed and one single bed, the single bed smelled of urine, and the pillow smelled the worst (which is why we gave it to room service immediately after checking in). The room also had a mysterious storage compartment with fuses, a photo of which I will attach to this review. The balcony door wouldn't close because it was broken (the door frame was crooked). You're surrounded by junk that's about to collapse, literally. The hotel is quite large, but in many places there is literally nothing, just a wide corridor straight out of your nightmares. You could say that the hotel is decorated, but for one simple reason - the lack of taste makes it look awkward (especially when you see A4 sheets with SPA offers or paintings by a 7-year-old). In addition, the staff doesn't care about keeping the hotel in good condition. One day, one of the guests spilled beer in the elevator - it wasn't cleaned up for the next 3 days. A piece of cucumber and a straw spent almost a week in the elevator - the best part is that the manager/director also used this elevator, but apparently didn't care. The food is satisfactory – with ultra all-inclusive, you won't go hungry, but you will get bored. Breakfasts are largely identical, while the selection of dishes for lunch and dinner quickly becomes monotonous. The biggest problem with the food is that 95% of the items are not labeled, so you don't know what you're putting on your plate or you don't want to put it on your plate because you have no idea what you're eating. The coffee is bad. The food seems fresh, but I can't say that with a clear conscience, because on the last day one of the participants got food poisoning (this has been confirmed by a doctor). The beach is disgusting—there's trash everywhere. The sun loungers stink (mainly because the covers aren't washed), the umbrellas can leave you with pieces of peeling paint, and the tables are dirty, of course. The pool area is even “better” - holes in the walls, mummified food lying on the ground, and wonderful umbrellas where the fabric is glued to the base with hot glue. Does anyone care? Certainly not the hotel staff. One day, as part of the fun, an inflatable water toy was pulled out, which had brown marks in places and gave off a smell that encouraged you to escape from the pool. Is it mold, rot, or decomposing rubber? I don't know and I don't want to know, and I don't recommend it to you either. This is a personal issue, but the animator is obnoxious - I prayed he wouldn't come up to me. Good internet is an extra charge - in 2025, this is a bad joke. Beach towels are free, but washing them is not.In summary, it wasn't worth my money, and it's certainly not worth yours. I'm not saying that the hotel doesn't have any positive features, but they are so insignificant in the overall picture that I won't even mention them. This place has a problem with maintaining the most basic standards, plain and simple.
