The hotel is 70 km away from Antalya and is located in the Kumköy district, west of the ancient ruins and village of Side. The closest towns are Side, 4 km away, and Manavgat, 6 km away from the hotel. The hotel is within a short distance of the beach where it has its own private section. Antalya airport is 65 km away.

    I want to start with the room it was a nice one and clean all the days, the Food is not bad but it Can be better , the drinks in the bar is amazing So much childrens in hotel but it’s ok The evening shows is so nice I want say thanks one more time for all the animation team We Will be back as soon as possible ❤️

    The hotel was great. The cleanliness of the rooms was 10/10. The food was varied and everyone could find something to their liking. The hotel services are at a high level, everyone is nice and tries to help as best they can, even though there is often a language barrier, as most of the employees speak german and even less english. The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, but there is a shuttle service from the hotel, so you can get to the beach in a few seconds.The A la carte restaurant (Turkish cuisine) was great, with a variety of flavors. There was a lot of food, but it was great in a beautiful setting with pleasant music.

    Entertainment team is really good, they try their best to make it enjoyable for everyone. The food was good, though a little bit more variation would be nice. The shows are a lot of fun to watch. The hotel is (child)friendly, and so are a lot off the staff. The pool is never too busy and the rooms are clean.

    Zero customer service from the bar staff and reception. If you want a caffe at 7 am it's only one bar open, but is nobody there ,they send you in restaurant were is no really coffee it's Ness. In a 5 stars hotel to have a coffee at 7 and u can not have it is not exactly 5 stars.

    The place was very clean (10/10), the food was excellent (10/10), and the atmosphere was peaceful (10/10). It’s a beautiful, family-friendly hotel overall, and I really enjoyed my stay. Of course, the price reflects the quality. However, I found the language barrier a bit challenging. I’m Albanian and I speak English, but most of the staff downstairs only spoke German, and during the evening program, they used Russian, German, and a bit of English. It would be great if the staff could better accommodate guests based on their language, especially since I work in this industry myself. Thank you!
