    Nice clean hotel, central for most things. Staff spoke very little English so communication was a big problem. Food was horrible, same thing every day so ate out. Paper cups for hot drinks and no tea. Bar closed at 10 30 prompt and hot and cold drinks weren't available after that either. During our stay we were the only English people staying there. It was prodominately Russian guests who were staying there and they were very rude. Had to ask several times for basic things like toilet rolls. Not the best service we've received in Turkey and we've stayed in many hotels in different parts of Turkey. Definitely wouldn't stay again or in Alanya.

    Nice hotel friendly staff helped when needed.The only thing I can fault is the food same things on every night and not very nice we were expecting cooked breakfast. No labels on the food either. Apart from the food side of it we had a lovely week here

    I’ve been to this hotel in May. The food was very delicious, rooms are clean, WiFi is freand fast . I could call with WhatsApp without problem and send pictures, dining room is near to the swimming pool. That looks nice , especially in the evening. And the staff were veryyyy polite. I liked this hotel :)

    Highly recommend. Me and my mother spent 12 nights overthere. The room was specious and clean. Water pressure was good. The hotel was 10 minutes walk to a very good beach. Best place to relax. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful,good manager. Foods are diverse and healthg including different vegetables and delicious soups. Hotel has a clean pool. Will come back next year.

    Poor food (watermelon was only first day, no fruit anymore during all week, chicken nuggets every day for lunch and dinner, no food for kids and infants). Staff is very lazy. Restaurant area is dirty, nobody cleans tables. The room was not small, but it was cleaned only too times during 7 days.Location of the hotel is good. Not far away from the beach.
