A good place to stay during pandemy

    rating19 Sept 2020

Choosing a hotel we wanted something safe to minimize communicating with strangers during civic pandey. So the best choice was an apart hotel. What we needed most was a microwave to heat food after buying it in the restaurants. All the equipment in our room worked well. There was one problem only: the power socket in the bathroom didn't work. The rooms were clean and it was calm in the hotel. There is a nice bakery nearby and several markets (BIM and Sok).

Genuinely the most horrible experience of my life.

    rating05 Aug 2019

We made a 7 night booking on Airbnb for 1 adult, 2 children with a 2nd adult arriving on the last night. All approved and paid for. When we arrived, I was made to sign a contract in Turkish and not given a copy. I was told the room was booked for 2 people (it wasn’t!) and so there’s was no bed, pillow or bedsheets for the 3rd person. No towels for anybody, or toilet roll. Also no WiFi for 6 days and electricity outages. Closest place to get WiFi to arrange travel 20 minute walk (in 38 degree heat). Racist signage all over the property and they clearly despise anyone from the UK / US. No English spoken at all (I speak some Turkish) but refused to help with bus numbers etc. Much further from Antalya / Konyaalti than advertised. Prior to partner arriving on last night, I offered a copy of his passport to ensure check in was smooth (we collected him from airport at 2am). I was told there was no need as this would take 5 minutes. When we arrived back (at 2am with 2 very tired children) he was refused entry. He told me he would call the police if he went inside the apartment we had paid for (because his passport was not registered at the same time we checked in, apparently) so I said that was fine, I was happy to discuss with police, but it was just a threat. He told my partner to go and sleep on the beach (30 minutes walk away, with stray dogs, in 35 degree heat) or in our car (again - you would die in a car in that heat. After 2 hours of this, I called the police myself. They appeared to say that they should let him in, but night porter still refused. There were no other hotels open in the area at 4am and it was so scary. Eventually the shop-owner down the road jumped on his bike and let us follow him in the car to another hotel. We had to pay £100 for a room for 3 hours but we had no other option at that time. Airbnb have upheld my complaint and I am hoping they will take it off their portfolio so that no one else has to experience what we did. mehmet Ç, Yönetici at Hun Club, responded to this review Bu misafir ne yazık ki son derece psikolojisi bozuk sorunlu bir misafirdir.

    AVOID !!!

    rating01 Jul 2019

The "hotel" had only two employees. The owner, who "watching like a eagle" all the time peoples coming and going. And then the was a night-time guard. We were not greeted even once during the trip. English was very poor. The owner made very racist comments and were very rude. We didn't see the cleaner during the whole trip. However, the cleaner was not needed because the "hotel" residents had to clean themselves, when they left the apartment. Stairways were dirty. A check-in deposit of EUR 200 was taken on check-in and was returned if the apartment was cleaned and in good condition. When we book the hotel, there was not any commets about this!! The walls were "paper". The bed was hard as a rock. The toiletpaper didn't includes at hotel price and we had to bought our own papers. Half roll was included. In the kitchen, the dishes were dirty. The dishwasher was found, but there was not any detergent, so we had to buy those too. Also dishwasher door didn't open properly. The double room rate included one bed sheet, one blanket, and hand and bath towels. While staying for more than a week, no sheets or towels weren't changed. We had to wash themselves with the washing machine in the apartment, which we had to buy our own detergent. The apartment had a brush and dirty mop. Of course no detergents. We got another blanket and cushion for an appeal. The bathroom had a dirty tooth mug and the hairdryer was broken. Sugarworms also whistled around the apartment. Horrible Place mehmet Ç, Yönetici at Hun Club, responded to this review Hun Club apart oteldir.Eşyalı daire kiraya verilir.Ödemeside kişi başına degil komple eşyalı daire fiyatıdır.Böyle kiralanan dairelerde 5 yıldızlı otel hızmeti ve ihtiyaç maddeleri verilmez.

NEVER EVER STAY HERE - Just ssk the local taxi drivers

    rating20 May 2019

NEVER EVER BOOK THIS PROPERTYUnless you want to be shouted at, ripped off and lied to and held to ransom. We are in our 60’s and have been travelling for 8 months, mostly in Airbnb’s and this is the worst property we have ever stayed at by far.Right from the check in all they wanted to talk about were the rules and how the police would be checking our internet usage. The manager was very passionate about the rules. Really? Then, we wanted to extend our stay from 3 to 5 days, they stated this was a 2 night booking not an extension on our 3 day booking i.e. 5 days. The apartment was not going to be serviced, they quoted us a highly inflated price. This conversation was had with 2 managers with both getting quite excited and shouting at us and insisting that the prices had gone up since we booked. We had only booked 1 day before we arrived. Of course, we declined and decided to move on in the morning as per our booking. The room, whilst reasonably clean with comfortable beds and couches was missing some of the things that we expect to get.1. No rubbish bin bags in the rubbish bins, the kitchen and bathroom bins had an inch of water in the bottom, adding rubbish was disgusting. 2. One toilet roll for a 3 night stay. When we asked for more we were rudely told to buy our own. You can only buy a minimum of 8 roll packs in the local supermarkets. A real bonus for the apartment as most people can’t travel with 8 toilet rolls.3. No cleaning products for the kitchen. No dish cloth. No tea towel. No dish washing detergent. We like to cook a lot of our own food and leave the apartments we stay in as clean as we find them but they make it hard when they supply anything to keep the place clean. We bought our own. 4. Dishwasher and washing machines are supplied but of course not even one day’s supply of powder was available.Check out was the most horrible experience we’ve had in any hotel anywhere in the world. We were leaving early and we left the room key in the room (as we do everywhere in air bnb’s) and left the premises to find a taxi. I waited out the front for my husband to return with the taxi. The reception person came out to the street and asked insisted he checked the room and retrieve his key.Upon explaining the key was in the room, he insisted that he did not have a second key and could now not get into the room. He was going to call, someone, not sure as I didn’t understand but it seemed like a locksmith to get into the room. I didn’t believe him, they never give the only key to the apartment occupants. We left him to shouting at us at we head off in the taxi to the bus station as we know we leave places immaculate. He got in touch with the Taxi driver and said he had called the Police and we needed to come back. The Taxi driver kept saying Hun Club, big problem. We thought we had a big problem with the Hun Club and the Police, so we agreed to return. The Taxi Driver later explained, Hun Club was a terrible place and there were lots of incidents like ours. All the other places in the area were great. When we got back there was no Police, he had lied. He kept insisting he couldn’t get into the room. We were very lucky that some young Turkish guys who could speak good English were heading out and they helped us try to find out why there was no second key to the Apartment so this guy could get in and check the place. Suddenly with their help there was a second key. I went back to the Apartment with the guy from the Hun Club, he checked the room. He took lots of time because he knew we needed to catch our bus. He even insisted on checking the TV still worked. No, it wasn’t damaged. I wonder what would have happened if the TV had stopped because it was poor quality while we were there. Would they have made us pay for a new TV???Of course, the apartment was left in an immaculate condition like we always do and there was nothing he could do but let us go. NEVER STAY HERE, APPALING PEOPLE. mehmet Ç, Yönetici at Hun Club, responded to this review Bu misafirler kaldıkları daireyi receptıona teslim etmeden gizlice kaçarlarken taksi şöförü uyarılarak havaalanı yolundan geri döndürülmüştür.

    Good

    rating27 May 2016

This appart-hotel offers a friendly welcoming atmosphere with good staff who can communicate in several languages. The amenities include a beautiful outdoor pool, a great gym and a clean open plan space to lounge around in. Kitchenette could be improved as there is only a job with one or two pots and pans, cutlery is provided, washing machine slightly hard to understand and bathroom could definitely be improved as shower leaks onto floor of toilet and is riddled with bugs. Cockroaches is one problem which definitely needs to be looked at as they tend to come out at night or when you leave the apartment for long periods of time. Is a nice apart-hotel but could be perfect if few improvements in shower/toilet facilities were made and rooms exterminated for cockroaches and insects.
