  Best kids club experience for my daughter again, just like the last year. Filiz has been wonderful as ever wirh kids. Lots of wonderful activities and entertainment.   Amazing place and can't recommend this enough!!!

  We honestly love this place so much, 2nd time here and looking forward to coming back next year. This place does deserve it's 5 stars. The staff make your stay as amazing as possible and they can not do more than enough for you and we felt like royalty wuth the best service possible. The bar staff will even know after a couple of days what your drinks order will be before ordering it. The Lake Villas offer so much space and the added bonus of the pool outside the back door with!!! Special shout out to Mehmet, Merve, Homer, Ahmed, Dennis and the nreakfaat lady who does the best kids Mikey Mouse pancakes who made sure every time we saw them we were well look after and all the staff deserve all the praise in the world. We will see you all next year when we come back!!   Fabulous changes made since our last visit.

  We last visited here in 2018 and have mostly visited at Easter. We enjoy alcoholic drinks and were always disappointed with the limited selection. We purchased alcohol on the way out to Turkey because of this. Imagine our surprise to find the lobby revamped and cocktails and premium drinks on offer. Not only that but the bar staff, reception and dining staff were both very hospitable and helpful many very friendly and pleasant while serving a mass of people. A big thank you to Kemal (bar manager) who was super friendly and always willing to see our drinks replenished and to Zeynep ( barmaid). Our friends and family were concerned about us travelling to Turkey in current climate but we enjoy holidaying here and will def be returning to IC Green Palace for a 6th time.   Amazing holiday!

  This hotel is absolutely outstanding. The staff make it! We usually go to a 5 star in Fethiye, which is highly rated and recommended. So our bar is set pretty high as far as hotels go. But we booked a last minute week away to this hotel & it totally blew us away. The staff are unbelievable here! A massive shout out to Çimen from the animations team. This lady completely made our holiday special! She was amazing with us as a family. She is the so caring, kind, helpful & funny! Also Meriç who was the bartender, he made the most amazing cocktails & so friendly, the holiday wouldn’t have been the same without these guys, they are a total asset to this hotel! The food is also brilliant, so fresh & always different choices. Which given we visited during the winter concept, I was very shocked! I can only imagine it would be even better in the summer. We visited 2 a la carte’s (Asian & Italian) some of the best food I’ve ever tasted! The staff always making sure your drinks were topped up and offering more food! The service in the lobby bar was also amazing. Murat & Feyza were stand outs for us. Never leaving you without a drink & always remembering your order, bringing snacks etc. Even some of the higher up staff (boss’s) never passed you! Massive shout out to Mehmet who made sure our daughter had dinner sent to the room one of the nights she slept through dinner! Also Mehmetşirin, another boss who never passed us and always carrying on with our daughter, she absolutely adored him. The staff I’ve mentioned genuinely cannot do enough for you!We only got 2 good days that we were able to use the splash parks, there is a large water park for kids, a smaller splash park and a baby pool all beside one another. They were amazing for the kids. The kids club was also amazing for activities etc.The only negative I have is the taxi service, the man who sits within the reception. We booked with him as we went out for dinner one of the nights. He sent a driver and we had asked to go to a steak restaurant just 10/15 mins from the hotel. The driver he sent proceeded to take us to some random shop, parked up literally right outside the shop door, and when the taxi door opened we were greeted by two men from the shop who were basically giving us no option but to go in to the shop. I felt so uneasy & pressured. We never asked to go here? So why we were taken there was bizarre to me!! The taxi driver also came into the shop and waited on us, then drove us to the restaurant? Very very odd and uncomfortable experience. I wasn’t happy at all, vocally having such a young child with us, I was very on edge. Other than that the hotel is great & we will definitely be back.
