    Wow where do i begin...This is by far the worse place i have stayedThe customer service is very poor they do not know alot of English and are very unfriendly.We went all inclusive! And we had to eat out most days the food was really bad same food day after day to the point i noticed them saving bread from peoples plates to re-use we felt very hungry from day two on our 10 day holiday even the drinks were only beer and wine and alot of the time they ran out of wine which was poured in very small cups they have a water slide which come on twice a day for 30 mins at a time and some days did not come on at all...air conditioning was very poor for the rooms and i got changed 20 euros when i left it on to cool the room down when i was not in the roomThere was so much more i was not happy with the list goes on.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!you will be very disappointed...     Hello, if you want to avoid bad experience at vacay, choose other Hotel to stay, the service at the Hotel is disaster, at the Pult is one Lady from China who do not speak english or any other language and is using google translate to get what you wanted to ask and you stay without answer or any help, Staff is very bad, even that they put our Laggage in the Elevator they asked for the Tips, all Hotel is very dirty, water at the Pool is changing color, Kitcher was dirty same as Loby, very poor food offer-if you are not the first one for breakfast, lunch and dinner after you will not eat nothing, they simple do not fill food after.Room was not cleaned for the first day we came, the pillowcases were dirty, Wifi and Sef you have to pay extra- yap in 21st Century you have to pay WIFI to the Hotel, and it is very poor connection, Air Conditioner in the Room, is just not working well, we could not sleep over the night bcs of height temperature in the Room.The Bar they are offering is not open after 22h so you can forget to take drink ( Water, Juice, coffee etc ).Elevator is so often out of service, we stayed blocked in the elevator and Alarm button was not working, we were in situation to call a Lady at the Pult but as she do not speak english she did not understand basic ( Help and ELevator Stoped) during the 7 days we stay there also same situation hapened to other people.Air Conditioner in the Room was not working well, we could not sleep over the night bcs of height temperature.Lobby was full of the Cats, they were all around even on the Pult sleeping and chilling .The worst from the Hotel Service was a Fight at the Beach, A man who took care about dechchairs at the Beach, and other staff from the Hotel, were fighting with a guy who was not the member of the Hotel but he put a Towel there, a fight ensued between them and a Staff from the Hotel bring a Knife and wanted to continue a fight- it was terified even to look at it. Also that Beach that Hotel is keeping for visitors, does not have Cabin to change a clothes and NO TOILET, Umbrellas were very old and torn with Holes.

    Worst hotel ever ! Not recommend! Have so many cats ! They using waterpool like a toilet ! Dont make mistake to go there ! Pictures of the hotel are not actual ! The food is so bad ! Have terrible internet! Personal is so bad ! Manager of the hotel is man whitout honor ! And everything, everything is so bad there ! You will make big mistake if choose this “hotel” !

    They keep repeating same food for lunch and dinner for days. Hotel has many cats and they let them walk trough food before meals, so before you come to eat dinner you can see cat eating and sniffing meat or salad that you should put in your plate. There is no wi fi unless you pay for it and even though you pay it only works at the reception. Beach is really dirty ,no mini bar at the beach. Many people who are not even guests of the hotel are coming and using sunbeds and no one from the hotel stuff is there to tell them to move.I am not recommending

    I was very excited when I arrived at the hotel, when I go the check in we got the first surprise we got Economy Room although we paid Standard Room, fortunately after 2 days they changed our room.The food was not the best because it was made of extremely poor quality food and if you went to the end of the program you didn't find much food.The pool bar was scheduled between 10:00-22:00 but it was closed during meals, during this time you could only drink from the restaurant where you were given any drink even alcohol other than beer.The "Beach Bar" if you can call it that was a small room near the bathroom and shower where you served yourself some juice or coffee, otherwise they had nothing.The animation inside the hotel was very weak) and almost every day was the same program (poll ball, party).If you go to this hotel to know that the Wi-Fi is for a fee of 2 euros / 2 dollars / 24 hours / for one device.Positive appearances the proximity of the beach, the central of the resort, cleanliness and private beach.
