Really enjoyed our stay

Although most reports read horror we really enjoyed the stay. Food was basic and beer wine coffee soft drinks on all inclusive till 10pm.We got on with all the staff who were really nice to us. The mostly Russian and Ukrainian guests were wonderful with us and all got together to say goodbye to us with hugs. When you consider the hotel gets 7 pound a day for everything how can you grumble?

DISCUSTING
27 Jun 2015
I recently stayed at this accommodation with my family. It is meant to be all-inclusive, hell no. They do not cater for all nationalitys. All the food is served cold. The only alcohol you could have was wine or beer, which you could only have so many per person. No deserts. The rooms were terrible, plug sockets falling off the wall, also a burning smell, when you try and put anything in the socket. Rooms smelling of wee. This hotel needs to be closed down. The beaches are beautiful.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

To whom this may concern in the complaints department at low cost holidays,I booked a holiday arriving on June 6th 2014 To Antalya Turkey, hotel Holiday World on an all inclusive basis. Firstly, on arrival at the airport after paying £38.00 English pounds for a maximum of 4 stops to resort I was number 5 and other people were paying 15 euros to the resort.Upon arrival at Holiday world 3 Burley Turks in filthy dress were awaiting my arrival. One of them showed me up to a room, wrong key and tried to put me into a room where another bloke was staying. He told me to wait in the corridor where the emergency lightening didn't work and eventually gave me a room with 3 single beds no curtains and I was told that I would be moved to another room the following morning.DAY 1 - I came down for breakfast, Salad. No problem. I lounged around the pool area which I am sure sporned frogs, come lunchtime I decided I would get myself a drink to benefit from my all inclusive, no spirits, no fruit juices and no beer, I had to go and buy my own. Lunch, Salad, no meat. Evening/ dinner - Salad, no meat and still no drinks again - had to go to a local shop and buy my own. No sign from the manager of a movement to another room.DAY 2 - (Sunday morning) Breakfast - Salad oh and a boiled egg. Still no drinks. Lunchtime, pool is starting to turn yellow had to go and buy my own drinks again. Sunday evening - dinner salad and a piece of chicken that should have been a rubber ball, still no drinks on my all inclusive. Again still no sign of room change after also being promised to get transferred to a sister hotel.DAY 3 - (Monday) Breakfast - Salad. Pool, is now turning a disgusting murky brown. Still no drinks. Lunch - Salad, no meat. Arrival of some beer I had a couple of drinks, 4.30pm they had ran out of drinks. Dinner - Salad with some mince meat mush. Still no sign of being moved, asking the manager, maybe tomorrow? DAY 4 - (Tuesday) Breakfast - Salad and a boiled egg. No drinks. Pool - is unfit to even put your toe in and extremely dangerous to every individuals health. Lunch - arrival of some bottled beer still haven't seen a spirit. For lunch Salad, with some mince meat mush. Dinner - Salad and a piece of rubber chicken. I went upstairs to get changed because I couldn't take anymore of this hotel, on arrival in my room all 3 beds were covered in mosquito's so I whacked with my towel, blood all over the sheets, towels, curtains and windows. I have now had enough decided to get changed to go out, I go into the bathroom to find one wall absolutely covered in mosquitoes to the point where I could not see the tiles beneath them, they were coming through an open air vent and holes in the tiles where the pipework for the toilet were. By this point I had had more then enough and went to see the manager, who was actually on my landing waiting for the lift, I explained to him that I had a swarm of mosquito's in my room. His reply is ' what do you want me to do about it'? I said to him ' you have promised me another room or a transfer to a sister hotel for the last 4 days, nothing has happened and you cant expect me to sleep and be bitten to death in that room' I then asked him to com in and have a look, his reply was ' there is no point there is nothing I can do about it'. At this point I pushed past him and told him he was a useless manager.I went to the local shop and got 2 tins of mosquito spray and went back to my room sprayed one and a half walls that was literally covered in mosquito's. Packed my stuff went downstairs and got a taxi to the airport costings me 80 euros.Upon arrival at the airport the only flight that i could get back was at 6.10pm on the 11/06/14 to Hamburg with a connection via Easy Jet from Hamburg to Manchester at a cost of 15,054 Turkish Lira.Arrival back in Manchester on 11/06/14 at 17.45pm.This is my first internet booking and my first time with Low cost holidays which took me a long time to save up for, I was so disappointed and due to frustration and hindsight I went to the airport because of anger. It would only be under extreme circumstances for me to book another internet holiday again. Low cost holidays can you please explain to me what is meant by your version of a 'All inclusive holiday'?The photographs you have on your website of the hotel are actually nothing like the real thing, this is mis-leading and I am quite sure that you have had quite a number of complaints about this hotel because I can honestly say this is the worst doss house I have ever stayed in.
