  A high price for inadequate services

Mūsų dviejų kambarių butas pasitiko kanalizacijos smarve, kuri išnykdavo tik atidarius langus. Kambariai seniausiai neremontuoti, nugyventi. Baldai seni, su cigarečių gesinimo žymėmis. Apartamentų viešbutis neturi nei vieno lygintuvo, vyno atidariklio. Butą sutvarkė tik po kreipimosi, praėjus penkioms dienoms, tada pakeitė patalynę ir rankšluosčius. Per dvi savaites patalynės daugiau nekeitė, rankšluosčius dar vieną kartą. Wifi veikė prastai. Darbuotojai paslaugūs, tik naktinis budėtojas įsivaizduoja esantis Karolis III. Apartamentai neverti tokios kainos. Viskas pasenę, apie estetiką nėra ką ir kalbėti. Susidarė įspūdis, kad savininkas stengiasi menkiausiomis sąnaudomis gauti didžiausią pelną. Nekorektiška, netgi nežmoniška. Ne gana to, nuotaiką kartas nuo karto gadino girtų rusų triukšmavimasNuostabi tik vieta. Our two-room apartment was greeted by the stench of sewage, which disappeared only when the windows were opened. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time, they have been lived in. The furniture is old, with cigarette butt marks. The apartment hotel does not have a single iron or wine opener. The apartment was cleaned only after the request, five days later, and then the bed linen and towels were changed. In two weeks, the sheets were not changed again, the towels were changed once more. Wifi was working poorly. The staff are helpful, only the night watchman imagines that he is Charles III. Apartments are not worth this price.   It is not the best but good

  I tkink we'll be back here at this hotel. It's not the best hotel, but three stars and I didn't expect any miracles. The rooms are clean, the staff polite and smiling. The location of the hotel is super, close to Cleopatra Beach, the harbor, shops and restaurants. There is a small problem with water pressure, but if you need to wash your long hair, just take your time! 😀

  We are staying with my boyfriend right now. First look was like okay this is nice, but now we have seen 4 cockroaches, the water is barely running.. I feel just disgusting here. Bed is not comfortable at all and fridge and every sinks is dirty.

  How this hotel is still open I do not know really dont know how to start but here it goes.Absolutely filthy hotel run down sofas in the room, dirty Fridge,no lights ,no cooking facilities ,air con barley working,very dam,dark corridors something out of a horror movie,dodgy lift very small kept on breaking ,staff where very rude and didnt care about there customers and spent most the time on the phone.i spent 2 nights in this hotel and ended up moving to another hotel because I couldn't bare it.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE P.S WOULDN'T LET MY DOG STAY IN THESE CONDINTIONS !!!!!!!!!!

  This place is alsowe conekted to Diamore hotel in Atatürk street .I would not reacomend people to book .The system is as it is, white no refund mostly in the summer time " for a reason .There is no Kitchen as sombody as reaferd to at this hotel .Sowe I can not understand that booking.com is recomending to bay breakfast .The hotel is not clean ,and even the bar on the roof is closed in the summer .The hamam Türkis bath " beside the hotel I would never reacomend to visit .- it is not a nice place a tall ...meaning alsowe the places around this hotel .This is a bad corner in ALANYA .
