    NOT RECOMENDED!!I have booked this hotel for 4 nights on October and I didn't stay any night! The photos on website and the real view is different. No need to comment what is wrong because the photos talks by itself. The manager suggested another room but I didn't want to stay in this hotel anymore. They REFUSED to give a refund for the nights I didn't stay(!) I am very dissapointed for the management and how they ended this situation.

    I visited this hotel in 2010 and my experience was quite good. Clean rooms, new towels and bed line everyday. Perfect place, room with a sea view. A lot of shops and restaurants near. The only minus that there were no conditioning in that room.

    We planned to stay for 2 nights due to family wedding, however upon arrival we were told that because we were late arrivals we were not given the “best” front rooms (which should be the case as we booked in advance). Within, we wouldn’t access the elevator with large amounts of luggage. Arriving to a room after walking up many stairs, we finally got to our room with the smell off cigarette smoke and alcohol, we look around and the bathroom was filthy with used toilet roll still in the toilet and the pillow were brown and full of sweat. Due to this we refused to stay in such an unhygienic room and asked for a refund as we were not wanting to stay. We were told this isn’t possible so we left and paid for both nights. We found a lovely hotel just next door which was hygienic, friendly and respectable. Do not book this hotel. PS- due to tiredness and lack of concentration we didn’t take photos but i’m sure other people have done so.

    Absulute nightmare

    I booked a room with this hotel for myself and my partner after a 4 and a half over fight and then being on a bus for just about 3 hrs we arrived at the hotel about 2am only to be told our booking had been cancelled as they told my credit card details were wrong. I booked this two weeks previous and payment was ment to come out my bank right away but on checking my bank they had not took the money so I emailed them and they ignored my email so I assumed I was to pay at property. So when they told me they had cancelled my booking I asked the receptionist what was I ment to do he just shrugged his shoulders eventually he phoned the manager and put me on the phone to him and I asked him what was I to do and he just hung up on me leaving myself and my partner sitting out on the pavement in the middle of the night. I had to ring my daughter to try and get her to book something for us and we got something which is a whole other story.

    We stayed here for one night. Rooms were very basic. Wifi was ok and worked mostly in the room. We had a room to sleep 3 people and air con was in one half while the other half didn't really cool down. Would recommend for a quick stop over but not for a long stay. Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was not included.
