Location

The hotel is just 15 m away from the famous Cleopatra Beach, about 1500 m from the city centre and 115 km from Antalya Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 14 suites and 55 double rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has 69 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball and volleyball are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing, sailing and diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath and a hammam. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Me and my boyfriend visited this hotel in Sept 2025, the day we arrived someone else who was staying at the hotel warned us about the food as her partner had suffered from food poisoning. By the Thursday evening, both myself and my boyfriend also had food poisoning. Most certainly not a good experience. We do not concern with your sickness because not related with hotel's kitchen .You can consider from outside effects about it. Probably ,you went to some excursion and you got the problem.Or Alanya is summer city and sun is affecting tourists.May you ate outside of hotel and may affect etc. Also , we assume that some general disase during that period because we also heard similar issues in local people.We host many people during season or we hos more than 500 hundred person during your stay , we did not get any complain except a few guest.     We loved our stay at the excellent Kleopatra Life hotel on the stunning Kleopatra beach.The hotels location cannot be any better facing the best beach in the Antalya area.The rooms are modern, clean and have everything you need. We were lucky enough to upgrade to a stunning sea view room..The staff are very welcoming, friendly and hospitable especially the wonderful family who run the hotel.. You can tell they actually care about their guests holiday experience.For a small boutique type hotel the food and beverage offering is more than adequate. We especially loved the fresh salads and Turkish cuisine. You will always find something delicious to eat and drink.We have tried many hotels in the Antalya and Alanya area and Kleopatra Life is definitely one of our favourites. We would return in a heart beat and highly recommend this excellent beach front hotel.I cannot understand the bad reviews on here they must have visited another hotel. Go and try it for yourself you will not regret it.The hotel constantly wins the prestigious TripAdvisor travellers choice award every year.     Stayed the first wk in November don't belive all the moaning about staff there great all. Of them. They work really hard the rooms are clean you get a kettle and fridge she both room was a little bit small but I'm 6ft and.     Just returned home today after 10 days here. The waiting staff and a couple of the reception staff were really friendly but I did find that some of the staff could be rude. Housekeeping in particular. We complained that our room hadn’t been cleaned and the bedding hadn’t been changed in a week. The receptionist rung the maid and the maid came and said that she had cleaned the room. There were still makeup stains on the bedding which we did the first day we got there! The food was ok. You won’t go hungry but there could be more choice as the salad bar is huge, but the main meal choices are quite limited.Me and my friend also suffered from D&V a couple of days after arriving at the hotel. There were also several other parties who were unwell at the same time. All in all, it was an ok holiday, but I won’t be returning.     Third time here and first time solo. I love this hotel. All staff are wonderful and attentive. The beach is across the road which is a massive plus. Not a big hotel which I prefer.
