  Lovely friendly hotel, good breakfast, 5 mins walk Cleopatra beach, plenty shops nearby. Small pool on roof with bar order food and eat up there. Rooms cleaned bedding changed every 2 days. If you looking for 5star this isn’t for you but we loved it & planning our return trip next year.

  Very Nice hotel, nice and sweet staff, nice food a lot to chose of. God breskfast.God place in the middle of the city, close to the beach.Clean hotel room.They would like to help you, all the time of the day. 🥰

  Excellent holiday at Hotel Kleopatra

  The staff at Hotel Kleopatra made our first stay in Alanya excellent. They nurtured us from first to last day, with help of all kinds - from perfect cleaning of room's, to advice about where and when to go to different activities, shopping, haircut etc, in both English and Norwegian/Danish. Moreover - at ground floor - it has an excellent restaurant: "D'la Plaza", -both food and service could not be any better - we had our dinners there 5 out of 6 evenings !The Hotel has a perfect location between the best end of the main shopping street (50 m) and Kleopatra Beach (5 min walk). Compared with the hotels in the first rows to the beach - where you have loud noise all day long - we had a good nights sleep every single night here, in beds with soft (scandinavia-like) mattresses. On the roof we relaxed at sunbeds around a small pool, without any shaddows from above. The room had a balcony (I believe all has) from where we had a nice view to the castle on top of the hill out in the sea. Moreover it is ideally located for a walk up the hill to the castle, and if you are not in shape for that, you may take the cable cart which is also only 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Out room came with breakfast, which had fresh fruit (water and honey melon), yoghurt, bread & butter, cheese and cold cuts of different kinds, cucumber, tomato, nutella, cerials/milk, fried and boiled egg, coffee, tea, water, juice etc. In the evening we went shopping in the nearby main shopping street. Don't expect a shiny new hotel with 5 star facilities - none of the hotels with this ideal location are new and shiny, but expect smiles, helping hands all around you, excellent food and good nights sleep :) All in all we were super happy with out stay and for sure we stay in this Hotel next time we are back in Alanya.   If you book the 3* Develi you may end up here anyway, and its better

  Many of the people staying in the Saray when I was there had, like me, been unceremoniously dumped there by the Develi hotel around the corner. Although initially miffed by the blatant overbooking policy round the corner and being dumped in a 2* star hotel having paid for a 3*, everybody I spoke to preferred the Saray to the Develi. The quality of the rooms was the same ( I would say they were more like 1*) both showers were very weak and furniture was old. In the Saray, however, the airocn and safe deposit boxes are free, the cleaning is very thorough and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and the rooms are much quieter than at the Develi but it is the staff that make this cheaper place preferable to its more expensive rival around the corner. The staff here are friendly and helpful, they take pride in offering a good service from the cleaner to the manager they all do their best for their guests. If you were thinking of booking the Develi or any of the hotels along that private road I would suggest booking here instead, you get the same standard of room, in a similar but much quieter location and the service is infinitely better . Oh and the WiFi is loads better here as well. This is a basic hotel but the location is good, it is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

  Relatively old hotel, but clean- and friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Also had a restaurant, where stayers got 10% discount. Close to beach and city centre. Very satisfied overall and can recommend this place.
